M&G is the place to go for all your plumbing needs. Great staff and very knowledgeable. I have found that I can be 20 miles away and it's quicker to go here because they always have what I need and will offer their advice. And if they don't have it they will get it for you OR tell you where you can get it. This is how businesses used to be!!!

M&G was extremely helpful when my hot water tank started to leak. They had the hot water tank I needed in stock and referred me to a plumber who installed a new one the same day. Their customer service was comforting as they understood how helpful it was to restore my hot water on a cold day. Their knowledge and experience was greatly appreciated and why my family always goes there first for our plumbing and heating needs!

The customer service here if absolutely tremendous. A great bunch of guys dedicated to helping out with any plumbing needs. Nicky was not only helpful, but took the time to make sure I didn't spend money on anythung that wasn't an absolute necessity. These guys know plumbing.

Not too long ago my drain was clogged, until my buddy nick corriea told me to go down to M&G Correia's right in east providence to buy this product called Thrift. His customer service skills are outstanding. If anyone needs high quality plumbing parts/products, make sure to make your way down to M&G Correia's.

Fantastic. My fridge's water line for ice and water sprung a leak, so I needed a new hose to run from the main water supply to the fridge. Could NOT find one anywhere, in the length I needed. Finally had the bright idea to call a plumbing supply store, and my first call was to M&G's. They had the part I needed, better than what I was expecting (the old one was plastic and a few pieces, the new one was flex tubing and all one piece). Popped into the store, paid for my purchase, talked to the guys for a little bit, super friendly, and I was out on my way to fixing my fridge, successfully too without any fuss. Thanks a lot!

Nothing more frustrating then driving to a place to says they have the part. When you show up you realize it wasn't part. Tried to give them the model number but they said it was all the same

First off, let me state my opinion that this is one of the best plumbing and heating supply companies in the state of Rhode Island, and I've been to just about every one there is, from Woonsocket to Westerly, in the nearly two decades I've been laying pipe.

They have a great inventory of not just common items, but, as another reviewer stated, stuff to deal with odd or old plumbing. The owners are very knowledgeable, and even the younger guys behind the counter are fast and efficient. I have seen them help people who are not in the plumbing and heating trades, to deal with their plumbing issues.

Early in my career, I worked for a plumbing company based in East Providence, so I became well-acquainted with M & G's; I remember they always got you in and out quickly, which is important when time is money.

Later in my career, I worked for different companies in other parts of the state, and rarely worked in East Providence, so it's been several years since I've been here. Today, however, I did have a local job, so I stopped in to re-stock some parts I'd used on the job (repairing a Symmons tub/shower valve, and Delta faucet). The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars, instead of 5, is that I was a bit disappointed that they did not have OEM (original equipment manufacturer's) parts for the Symmons and Delta items that I needed. Instead, they were aftermarket (non-original) parts. They're probably okay in a pinch, but I prefer to stick with OEM repair parts to reduce the chances of any problems.

M & G has had a fix for plumbing issues in the past for me but recently I encountered a bit of a different problem... I'm in a real estate agent. The house that I had on the market with one day left for closing had a damaged shower head which fell off during final cleaning and would not go back on. Owners were not at or near the property to take care of this....Shower head was from 1978 and the sellers told me I would not find it at Home Depot as they had already replaced one like it in the past. I went to M& G as per my husband assuring me that they will have what I needed. I did go and sure enough the store has replacements for stuff from 1978! It was great. It fit perfectly and now the walk through will go without a glitch! The counter sales person was great and got help, from who I think was the owner, when he wasn't sure what the best option was for what I was dealing with. Of course I did have the old shower head as well as a photo of the pipe that I needed a shower head on.

Great experience, I will always refer M&G!!!
