I have been a customer of Franchini Plumbing for about 18 years. We were introduced to the Father & Son business during a major remodeling project in our home. We were pleased enough with their quality of work, honesty, and reasonableness in pricing that we've continued to call upon them ever since as a situation arose.

Our most recent need for service was to replace a hot water heater that I noticed was leaking on Christmas Eve. A call to Dave Franchini in the early morning of Boxing Day and he was able to come to the house in about an hour to examine the problem. His offer to replace the heater that very day was like receiving an enormous Boxing Day gift. Five hours later we had a new power vented gas hot water heater fully operational at a very reasonable price. There should be no doubt that I wholeheartedly recommend Franchini Plumbing.

Highly recommend this company! Called after business hours on Wednesday, Marino came on Thursday and at time stated. Needed some supplies, asked if Friday AM would be okay to come back. Again, showed promptly at time stated!!! Had a toilet that wouldn't flush, turns out it was my sewer cleanout that was clogged. My husband and I had no clue since other toilets, sinks, showers were all working. He found the issue, took care of it and all is good! Very reasonable, honest and gave helpful suggestions. So very happy to now have a reputable plumber to call and recommend to friends and family! Will definitely call him when ready to install new garbage disposal and dishwasher, and in the event of other plumbing issues.

FYI....did a lot of research online of other plumbers' reviews....so glad I picked the right one!!!

The people, Marino and his son, could not be better. These are people that deliver on what they say they will, they are on time, and on budget. If you need someone to diagnose a problem Marino is your guy. He has been mine for more than 22 years, having done the plumbing on my new house, that he will tell you was him getting his PhD in crazy design and making it all work. He is the best and someone you can always count on. He is one of those people that will not let a problem go unsolved.

Not only that, when he leaves, you may never even know he was there. This man and his son under promise and over deliver every time.

I am *astonished* that I get to write the first review here - and delighted that I might get to add a little business their way - but on the other hand, I guess most Yelp folk share the lack of concern for rating plumbers that I've had up to now :).

Anyway: we've had three causes to call these folks now, and it's been Marino Francini responding each time. If you imagine 'little old Italian plumber' you will be spot on; but to that you would need to add 'honest, responsive, meticulous' - and also note that he's a real pleasure to converse with. Most recently I called at maybe 9.30 a.m., and he asked if that afternoon would be too late (!) but then showed up in 20 min anyway noting that I was en route to a different job (!!); problem solved rapidly and completely. The prior job was rather bigger - replacing a tankless hot water heater - but again completed rapidly and perfectly. He even refused payment for one aspect that he thought should have been covered by a warranty, taking the risk of non-payment onto himself rather than me. Could not ask for better; a clear 5*.
