Thermal Pressure leak due to a faulty regulator in a gas Hot Water Heater. Such quick service. We decided to replace the 13 year old Hot Water heater and regulators. Mick, Jen, Steve and Brandon were the picture of professionalism. Ken was quick to diagnose the problem. Steve and Brandon arrived, installed, tested new unit and recycled the old unit. They installed a quality product. We are excited to go through the next years safely and with plenty of hot water. I was referred to M.D. Service Plumbing through my home owner's warranty company- Blue Ribbon.

Unfortunately my water heater went out this past weekend and by Monday afternoon I had a brand new water heater installed and ready to go!

I can't thank the guys enough for calling me Sunday afternoon to arrange a time on Monday morning to come out and diagnose. They were prompt and were very understanding as I was not able to meet them right on time and they had to wait to be let in. They figured out the old heater was toast and let me know a new one was on the way and would be ready for installation later that afternoon.

Imagine my surprise that I was going to be able to take a hot shower that same day! The removal and installation were incredible to watch due to my awkward crawlspace, and they really figured out how to best go about this difficult process. There were a few black water marks leftover from the removal on my carpet and when I offered to help clean it up they wouldn't have it. They cleaned up everything so fast it was amazing! 10/10 would recommend this company and I am so glad that Blue Ribbon sent them my way! Thank you so much M.D. Service Plumbing :)

I had a water heater emergency and an unusual size water heater that both Lowes and Home Depot told me would need to be special ordered and take two weeks to arrive. I found MD service plumbing and they were not only able to get me the exact water heater I needed the same day, but they were able to get it to my house in an hour from when they called (as promised) and I had hot water again within a couple hours AND at a much better price than both Lowes and Home Depot (they also didn't charge me $200 for working in a crawl space and I was able to get an even larger water heater than Lowes and Home Depot quoted me for a lower price). I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, punctuality, price, and most of all their timely service in my time of need. They were very considerate and cleaned up after hauling out the old thoroughly rusted water heater. Mic and his 6'4"" partner quickly and easily troubleshooted the challenging confined crawl space. I'm not at all surprised by their stellar reviews and am another thoroughly satisfied and very grateful customer that will be using them for any other plumbing issues that arise. First yelp review ever but compelled to do so based on my level of satisfaction and gratitude. Highly recommend!
