Frozen pipe and then thawed pipes running water I called the girls said they'd call when enroute they asked if they can come late about 2:30 am late it works for me I told michelle I had no water and what I had was running under my house. Well 2:50 a.m I get a call they're on the way . By 4 am they were done and so was I . I had lots of time to shower (now that I could) have coffee and leave for work. A very BIG THANK YOU you girls are a better man than I am no pun intended great job thanks again

This morning my hot water was only dribbling out, so I called M Cary. I had last used their services some 20 years ago and knew they were good plumbers. I have a general working knowledge of plumbing, but this situation was stumping me. Over the next several hours and 6 phone calls, Elizabeth and Michelle listened to my clues and findings, and would offer advice on the next thing to try. Michelle narrowed it down to the valve or trap on the supply line into my HW Heater. I disconnected the supply line and found the trap ball stuck, blocking the water flow. Ten minutes later I was on the phone rejoicing with Michelle about my success. Another company could have said they needed to come out, and then charged me an exorbitant amount for an easy fix. I sure know who I will call next time I have a plumbing problem or need new fixtures. You ladies are Great!

Yep, still happy with M. Cary. Time after time, they've provided me with invaluable assistance with my old home and it's...""""finicky"""" (expletive deleted) plumbing. I want to give a special shout out to Elizabeth, who assisted me on the phone this week. She's great.

I had the daughters rip out and replace all the cast iron in my 83 year old house, which took almost a week. I'm very satisfied. The quality is topnotch and the job was done in such a way as to minimize disruption and damage to the walls and ceiling. They're not cheap, but cheap isn't something I look for with a job of this size.

Good work and reliable but way overpriced. Kat came with her male helper and a teenage boy to fix (replace) a spigot on the outside of my house. The whole job took less than a half hour and she charged $175 which seemed like too much for this job. But she did do a good job so 4 stars.

Awesome company. Quality, professional work. They ended up saving me money because they found a leak to my water heater and didn't suggest a NEW water heater. I had already spoken with other plumbers who just wanted to sell me a water EVEN WHEN I DIDN'T NEED IT! MAustin

These folks are crazy expensive. And if you cancel the order you will pay through the nose as well. Toilet estimate was $590. And a small repair on faucet and shower knob. I called within an hour to cancel. They said fine. Then two weeks later I get a call that the parts are in. I said I'm sorry. Long story short, the nuts for Amer Standard faucet and shower handle and diagnostic fee was $279. Stay away!!!

Kat and her assistant arrived promptly and were very professional. They found the source of my leak quickly. Unfortunately, the source stems from my fridge, so she could not help me repair that problem. She referred me to a company that has multiple poor reviews on Yelp (I think she might have had a good experience with them and they are close to my house). My four out of five star rating stems from the receptionist not informing me of the $125 diagnostic fee upfront. $125 for a 20 min diagnosis doesn't sit well and it's worth losing a star in an overall positive experience.

This was my first experience with this plumber and it was top notch. Kat and her assistant fixed my bathtub faucet leak and they were very professional and efficient. They kept me in the loop about everything. They were clean and quiet, I had a baby sleeping in the next room! I felt the job they did was done with integrity and expertise. Polite, on time and did the job in as little time as possible - awesome!

After two other plumbers failed to show, I called M. Cary & Daughters. They worked around my schedule and Kat came out the following morning. She fixed my leak, reconfigured the pipes, gave me more space under my sink, and kept the area perfectly clean the whole time. She quoted the actual amount I was billed right up front, got in and out, and saved me a bundle with a quick fix on a separate problem while she was at it. I've never liked a plumber well enough to call twice--until now!
