M Cary installed my tankless water heater and fixed a dripping faucet. They were prompt and did a good job. Their price was better than another quote I got. A few months after they installed the water heater, it died. They sent out a technician quickly. He resolved the issue within an hour and didn't charge me for the visit because the installation was so recent. What professional integrity! If I have other plumbing concerns, I will call M Cary and Daughters!

I typically do not write reviews but want to share the wonderful service we received from M. Carey and Daughters. We have been having plumbing issues in kitchen: garbage disposal stopped working and horrible smell. The plumber, Kat, came out to check out the issue. She related that not only was the garbage disposal out of commission but the pipes and faucet needed repair. Not what i wanted to hear but suspected it was such. Upon her return, she replaced garbage disposal and faucet and reconfigured the pipes. Whomever installed the pipes when kitchen was built did some craziness down there with the pipes. Kat was able to reconfigure to allow much more space underneath the cabinet. Everything is working great. Great customer service from the phone call to the repair. M. Carey came highly recommended to us and we highly recommend them to you. Thanks M. Carey! PS. in addition, we utilized their services last year at my place of business and they were thorough then, also. We had some complications that they were unable to resolve themselves and we felt they were honest in their communication re: the issue and what they could and could not do.

I've used M Cary several times. While I've always been satisfied with the quality of their work, the prices have become outrageous in my view. Consequently, I dropped two stars. I now use competent independent plumbers. Price matters if you work hard for your money.

About three years ago, I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling. M Cary was very responsive. They came out, determined quickly that it was the overflow and replaced it. I found the bill to be expensive, ~$240, but didn't know much about plumbing and was happy that it was fixed. Three years later, (now), I noticed a leak in the same area. This time, I was more selective in my search for a plumber. I found one. They came out, determined that it was that same overflow and mentioned that it wasn't installed properly and it looked used. I realize that this is based on his viewpoint, but he was there much longer, the bill was practically half of what M Cary charged AND it included a little more work.

Frozen pipe and then thawed pipes running water I called the girls said they'd call when enroute they asked if they can come late about 2:30 am late it works for me I told michelle I had no water and what I had was running under my house. Well 2:50 a.m I get a call they're on the way . By 4 am they were done and so was I . I had lots of time to shower (now that I could) have coffee and leave for work. This morning my hot water was only dribbling out, so I called M Cary. I had last used their services some 20 years ago and knew they were good plumbers. I have a general working knowledge of plumbing, but this situation was stumping me. Over the next several hours and 6 phone calls, Elizabeth and Michelle listened to my clues and findings, and would offer advice on the next thing to try. Michelle narrowed it down to the valve or trap on the supply line into my HW Heater. I disconnected the supply line and found the trap ball stuck, blocking the water flow. Ten minutes later I was on the phone rejoicing with Michelle about my success. Another company could have said they needed to come out, and then charged me an exorbitant amount for an easy fix. I sure know who I will call next time I have a plumbing problem or need new fixtures. You ladies are Great!
