My home warranty contacted him for my clogged up kitchen sink 3 days ago.Originally he was scheduled to come by yesterday somewhere between 7am- 11am. I had to work, so I called him to reschedule.We spoke & agreed for today roughly around 10am. He even called me yesterday to confirm. I waited nearly 3 hours today,I called first but no one answered, so I texted him.He immediately replied with a bogus apology about he meant to call me& that was very busy & could probably come this weekend. I was beyond pissed off I told him I have had this stoppage over 2 weeks & that it was a serious health hazard & nevermind I would find someone else. The fact that he didn't bother to call was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I guess if I hadn't texted him I'd still be waiting right now at nearly 10pm......I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND HIM!!!!!EVER!!!!

Called this company up to fix a water line, my husband had already attempted to fix it and had no luck. We spent hours between the two of us trying to get it fixed, eventually giving up. To say their service surprised me was an understatement! The prices were low and the water line issues were done in no time. 2 months later and we have still had no problems. Will definitely be calling again if in trouble!
