Not reliable. I showed Anthony Burton my job, which is in my multi-family apt building. He was very friendly and communicative to this point. After seeing it, he said he would look up some things about my violations and get back to me. I waited a week and texted and called him. Crickets. This company doesn't have the decency to even tell you they don't want the job. Guess it was too much work, and they're just plain rude. But if you want to unclog your sink, they will probably jump at it.

After another plumber messed up the job, I lost heating in the middle of winter. Maurice responded on a Sunday, came over quickly and spent the next 3 days working out the various problems with the system. I was impressed by how knowledgeable and straight up he was -- super clear about what needed to be done and why.
Unlike other plumbers I have dealt with, Maurice was honest and gave me the sense that he was not trying to run up a bill, just solve the problem. Even though the problems we had were difficult, he worked hard and got everything in good order, and fixed a few things he noticed that would keep the system running in the long term.
I would 100% recommend this company to anyone in the area.

I called w an inquiry, and they were EXTREMELY rude over the phone. I was scolded and yelled at. At this point, I wasn't going to leave a review. Mind as well don't give them business and hire another plumber. In fact, there are so many out there. I then saw their company van driving on the road (recognized them immediately as the phone call w them was traumatizing) and the driver was sticking his middle finger out every where as other cars were honking at him for his threatful driving. This explained why whoever answered my call was speaking to their possible customer in such way. They lack professionalism; and had horrible moral and work ethics. It will show in their work. Don't give such guys business.

We live in Bayside and got hit pretty hard with the storm. They were honest and friendly but most of all they were fast and neat!!! We have hot water back!!! We will be using them again.

Dont use this plumber. The problem was not fixed (leaking bathroom sink). When I called them to let them know (the next day) I was told I would be charged for them to come. Also, the man turned off the hot water going to my washing machine ( I had him look at my dripping faucet in my laundry room; which he said he could not fix). My washing machine stopped working. I called the repair man who informed me my hot water was turned off. This company deserves zero stars. Avoid this company. They charged me over two hundred dollars and did nothing. I called another plumber that actully fixed what Burtons did not.

Maurice and Chris have been helping me immensely over the past year with multiple plumbing and heating issues in an old house. Always prompt and available with any and all issues.

M Burton did not complete the job they were hired for. I asked them to install a shower diverter in my main bathroom. They walked off the job before it was finished. Maurice never called back or responded to my messages. I would not recommend them.

Maurice Burton master plumber came to my apartment on Friday October 66 to replace a toilet seal. He came several hours late. He did what I consider an excellent careful job and indicated he would have to return for caulking. I paid him IN FULL and he promised he would return for the caulking. His wife who handles appointments assuRred me on Friday October 6 that Maurice would come on Monday October 9at 9:00am after many calls at 2:00PM SHE TOLD ME HE WOULD NOT COME WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION.iN ESSENCE HE REFUSES TO COMPLETE THE JOB i HAVE PAID IN FULL FORr

Well I guess they are not a reparable company. I called to get a outside faucet repaired that they had fixed before the The spring. I've been waiting for a call back and never got one I'll try again tomorrow but if not what can I say
