Honest, fast, and thorough service. Our Saint Bernard cracked a pipe in our irrigation system and had water leaking out front. Contacted Mike and he returned my phone call ASAP... sent photos over to him and scheduled a 7:30am next day appt! Mike will definitely be our go to person for future services! Always a great feeling finding great service when you're new to town!

I had sod installed. Mike was responsive to my phone call and came out to give me an estimate. Always arrived on time. The final cost was actually a little bit below the estimate. The lawn looks great after a few weeks. Mike and his team did a great job, reworked some sprinklers that needed to be moved, cleaned up their mess afterward. He also came out about a week after the install to realign a couple sprinklers for me.

The service from these guys was amazing. I had a leak in my irrigation system in my front yard that pretty much made my yard a swamp. I called these guys on a Saturday morning and they were at my house doing an assessment in about 20 minutes. Since they had other commitments, they returned a few hours later and were able to fix the problem that day at low cost. I'd definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

You know the story, HOA hit us up as we had dead grass. Time crunch and desperate to find a landscaper willing to take on the job of re sodding a dirt field, M & B called me and had me on his schedule for the following Monday morning. Finished on Tuesday! Including a new sprinkler system. It looks great and the stress has been lifted off my shoulder.

I have to mention that Mike went out of his way to send me pictures of his progress, he programmed the sprinkler system, and educated me on the best method to take on my watering schedule. They will be doing my back yard as well for sure.

Great experience cutting/trimming our trees with Mike (M & B Lawn Service) right along with Mr. Raudel Miramontes (Miramontes Landscape/(951) 206-0801) who's experience in landscape here in Temecula goes further back over 20 years. Tackled tremendous job and did outstanding service. Very pleased and intend to call them again! Highly recommended!

Don't expect any service after the lawn is installed. I had them come out and install sod in my small back yard(350 sq ft) They came and did a nice job. They were on time and everything seemed fine. That is until I started getting a fungus in the lawn and it started to die. I tried to get Mike out to take a look and make some suggestions. He had me send him photos of the lawn which I did but, I never heard back from him. I called again and it took three days for him to return the call. He suggested cutting the water back which I did. I left the water off four 5 days and checked it with a meter. After 5 days the center of the lawn (where the fungus was) was soaking wet and some of the borders were dry as a bone. This indicated to me that the sprinkler coverage needed to be corrected. I called again and Mike agreed to come out on a Friday. Friday came and I got a call in the afternoon that he had a big job that just came up and he wouldn't make it. I told him about the over watering and his reply was that the coverage was good when he left. I explained to him that nothing had been touched and that there was too much water in the center of the lawn. When he put the lawn in he found an old landscape drain in the yard that I had disabled about 20 years ago. His statement was that that there was a low spot in the yard and the drain should have been made active. After a lengthly conversation on Friday where I insisted that the sprinklers needed to be adjusted, he said that he would be out the first thing Monday morning. The next day (Sat.) he sent a text message stating that he no longer serviced my area and would not be out although he could walk me thru it on the phone. I think NOT. After trying several times to get them to solve the problem as they promised they would do when installing the grass I have been left to try and solve the problem myself. I don't call that customer service.

Referred on NextDoor, came out same day. Great guys, great work, affordable and local. Came out and fixed 5 weeks of no yard care-nightmare! Will definitely be using again..soon.

Mike and his brother-in-law are wonderful to work with! Efficient, reasonable, and if you're lucky, you may learn some great riddles while they work. I had to have my sprinkler valves replaced and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend them!

I had a very ugly backyard and my agent had called them for cleaning the backyard. They were on time. They are very respectful. They know how much work it was and gave me a correct estimated time to complete. They have really done a great job in cleaning up all the trees, bushes and weed.

I would really recommend them and would call them for my future projects. It was nice working with them.
