Mike came by my place 2 times in the last week to fix 2 unrelated issues. He was so good (efficient and affordable) on the first job that I told myself never again will I work on my own sprinkler systems. He not only fixed the issues but he explained what had happened and why. He even took a video to show me what was going on as I was at work and couldn't see what he was doing. Anyway, for me he knocked it out of the park, thanks Mike!

Mike installed grass and sprinklers for me about 4 weeks ago. I'm really happy with the work he and his team did! He came out for an estimate the week after I contacted him. I agreed to the price and hired him. Fast forward a week later, he and his crew arrived. Mike worked on my sprinkler valves and sprinklers while the other guys tilled the soil, added good dirt, and put in about 400 sq ft of (real) grass. They were done in about 4-5 hours.

We couldn't walk on the grass for 3 weeks, per Mike's instruction. Well, as soon as the 3-week mark hit, I released my kids to run on the grass and boy were they ecstatic. Who knew grass could generate so much excitement.

And last week, I thought one of the new valves Mike installed was leaking. I sent him a text and he called me right away. It turns out it was just the anti-siphon feature that causes the valve to release excess water after the hill sprinklers are done watering--which is normal. But I really appreciate that he called and tried to see what the issue was. What great customer service!

I have recommended him to my family and would definitely hire him for any future sprinkler needs.

Nice guy. Quick to schedule and respond. Great pricing and service. Really appreciate that we were not being charged to come out-provided a quote and fixed on the spot. We just had a few sprinkler heads that needed fixed, so a smaller job for him. Very helpful when I asked a few more lawn questions. People like this is who to you want to work with. SCAM..A complete waste of time & money. We were better off to take our $2K & flush it down the toilet, because now we have way more problems after Mike and his crew tried to fix our sprinkler issues. After he was done with the job I went out and checked the system the next day, what a disaster. He took out a bunch of bubblers that were working put in a drip system using very cheap hose most of the holes don't even work in it & our once flourishing rose bushes now look like crap because they're not getting enough water and we have to water them with the hose. He has sprinklers where the water is hitting our house in different locations & wood fence. I'm sure you know the damage that can cause. He put a drip system in where the back hose was right up against the wood fence and watering were there were absolutely no plants and where the plants that we recently planted were, there was absolutely no water coming out of the drip system. So in short he replaced a bunch of bubbler systems that worked and helped save water because it targeted the trees & bushes that needed to be watered and put in drip systems that don't work and water is going where it doesn't need to go and it's not going where it does need to go. We had absolutely no leaks by the pipes and valves and after he was done now we have a bunch of leaks which again its hitting our house. I could go on and on about what a horrible horrible job he did & I have a bunch of video and pictures to back it all up. I sent him a text with pictures and videos after his first attempt of fixing the system, I had not paid him yet so he called me & was very nice, came back out we walked through what needed to be done (and he had asked me for the money because he said he had to pay his crew so I gave it to him even though my husband told me not to until the job was done) when he came back to do the work he didn't do half of the stuff we went over (I was not able to go over the re-work with him before he left) and the next day one of the underground pipes burst & there was water shooting everywhere so I tried contacting him and he did not reply. So if you plan on hiring him, which I highly recommend you do NOT, make sure the work is all done before you pay him and I would get a guarantee in writing on his services I was stupid enough and did not do that so now we have to find and hire someone else to totally redo our system because he has screwed it up so bad. Oh and aesthetic's are out the window with him, He has sprinkler heads sticking 4/5 inches out of the ground, hose in Plain-view everywhere it looks horrible. He also left pieces of hoses and trash throughout the yard and the gate to the backyard in the wall area where the Spicket's are that he did work were absolutely filthy with mud from their hands and did not bother cleaning up after himself or his crew.

Mike came on the day that we had scheduled and I explained as best I could what the problems were with my home irrigation system. I called M & B because they are a landscape company and my last experience with a different company for sprinkler repair was somewhat of a let-down. Glad I called M & B. Easy to understand what was wrong, what was being done to fix it and the price quoted up front was fair.

Not only am I a satisfied customer on the first call but Mike is coming out a second time to address some things about my irrigation that have been bugging me. I liked the solutions he talked about so he is getting my repeat business.

Couldn't be happier!! Needed my shut off valve replaced in the backyard and Mike came over right away to take care of it. No upcharging on parts, gave me an amazing deal. M & B wasn't the first sprinkler repair company we called. We received a quote from another company which was outrageously high. We then contacted Mike from M & B and he came out on the same day to fix our sprinkler valve issue within an hour of arriving!

We were quoted for over $600 in repairs and a complete valve manifold replacement was recommended by the other company. When Mike came by later, he just fixed the issue without the need for a new manifold.

No need to look elsewhere, I highly recommend M & B for all your irrigation needs!
