Very professional service, had them come out and diagnose issues with an AC unit in the house I just bought. Ultimately asked them to quote me a price for a new AC/Furnace and Hot Water heater, but chose a competitor based on price and labor warranty.

I certainly would have liked to use them, as I feel they were probably ""best in class"" for Carrier Infinity installations, but ultimately cost was a bigger driver to me.

I was totally disappointed with this company. Our A/C quit working a few weeks ago and this company was recommended to us so we called right away. The man that showed up had a bad attitude and was totally rude. He showed up an hour early without calling and walked in already complaining about being there and how old our system was. When I told him we had an attic unit he said ""well my day got a lot harder."" I took him to where he needed to get up in our attic and he acted like I was crazy he needed to get his ladder to crawl up there. He stuck his head up in the attic, came back down and said ""its really hot up there and we are busy today."" Then he left! I felt very uncomfortable with him because he seemed so angry he was even here. I called the company to complain and make sure we would not get charged and they told me they would get back to me. Still have never heard back. I understand this is a busy time of year for them, but really I think they should be happy about that!! More work means more money, right? I would describe this entire encounter as pathetic and would not recommend this company to anyone! Honestly it was crazy!
I ended up calling Circulation Air here in Longmont and Bob the owner was wonderful. Showed up with a smile on his face and fixed the problem in 15 minutes!! Now I have a local company I want to work with and feel comfortable with! My money will go to them!

Had terrible drain blockage in kitchen that I tried to fix with Draino but instead ended up causing water with Draino to backup through the dishwasher all over the kitchen floor. I called another plumbing company and was told that they couldn't come that day till after hours and that as a result there would then be an additional $100.00 + charge, just for showing up.
I then called M & M and they said they'd be out within 2 hrs with no additional charge and that's exactly what they did. Brian arrived to save the day and chased the blockage through the kitchen and into the basement and out to our main drain and also found and replaced a broken leaky pipe that if left unfound would've caused our basement to have been flooded. Thank God for Brian and M & M Plumbing. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely be contacting them for my future plumbing needs.

Reliable, trustworthy, friendly and honest. The only heating company I trust after being price gouged by others. Today, during a routine furnace servicing, Brian was able to locate and fix a gas leak in a water heater poorly installed last year by another company.

Had these guys out to look at AC unit. Tech fixed a switch in the unit, and cleans it for $350 (it is still not clean) then tells me it needs a bottle of ""stop leak"" and a few pounds of Freon...about $750 in repairs. He then proceeds to sell us on a new AC unit and furnace..for $7000! Fortunately I had another company come out the next day and they said the Freon was fine-showed me the gauges- and that they would not add any, as it would actually be bad for the unit. They felt the unit was working fine, and left for the $70 service charge. They saved me $7000. It is to bad that these guys tried to up sell me so much, I was looking for a long term service relationship, but now I would not use them again. It pays to get second opinions....

Received a written estimate for $850.00 to repair furnace. Tech came out for 90.00 and indicated could get a deal on a new furnace for $3975.00 or repair existing furnace for $850.00 quote. Called to get a second tech from another company to get another estimate of what it would take to repair furnace. Second tech was out for 30 minutes and repaired furnace for $130.00 for a very basic repair.

When I purchased my house I knew that the A/C, water heater and furnace were going to have to be replaced. I read many reviews and M and M had the most impressive list of satisfied customers. Also I had a personal referral from a family member that recommended them but I still got quotes from several contractors. Boy was I happy I chose Eric and his team. They were professional and up front about what was going to happen. I was happy with their competitive quote and their samples of work. After Eric gave me a quote I booked his staff to install everything within a few days. I couldn't be happier with the end product. If you want it done right and at a competitive price it doesn't get any better than M and M heating and Air Conditioning.

Eric and Team Brian and Cody, did a great job installing our AC last week. They were professional, on time, communicative, and respectful. Out of all the bids we got for this job, Eric Meiers is the only person who asked to look upstairs for vents and air return. He is also the only one who gave us a thorough, written explaination of proposed scope of work and products. Competitively priced.

I called M and M for a routine heating and a/c yearly service based on the reviews I'd seen on Yelp. I unfortunately cannot provide a positive review. The guy they sent out was worthless. He did not do anything that I'd seen previous HVAC companies do as part of a yearly maintenance. He basically just looked at the heater, did not clean it or anything. And then the a/c, he just looked at the outside unit, didn't clean it off or anything. It was a total waist of money and I'll never have this company come out for anything again.
