We needed a water heater very close to Christmas and the owner answered his phone at 7pm and was here the next day. That water heater had a recall and he was back out within a couple days taking complete care of the issue.

I then had a bathroom project I was working on and the owner answered my questions, gave me expert advice and didn't try to take advantage.
