We cannot say enough good things about him. The first time we hired him, he came out to install our toilet in our master bathroom and wouldn't put it in because he explained the contractor didn't reinforce the subfloor correctly. We had no idea that was the case until he explained the issues. We trusted him again when we had issues with our kitchen sink - instead of replacing the faucet, he was able to fix it, saving us again.
