My husband called this plumber for a leaking toilet. He came out and replaced some parts. He didn't provide an invoice showing the cost ($350). When the toilet starting leaking a week later he wouldn't stand behind his work. He just wanted us to pay more to replace the toilet.
Today we called a licensed plumber and they fixed the leak for much less, and said if we have any issues to call him again.
We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since he didn't guarantee his work or provide an itemized receipt.

Luis did a good job replacing my main water shut off valve . The gate valve is solder and no way I can replace it using a wrench. So I called the Pro and got it done.

We had a project to turn our laundry room into a home office and needed the washer and dryer moving into the garage which needed the plumbing and gas line moving, and LZ Plumbing we're recommended to us by a friend. We called and Luis was out the next day to discuss the project and was super helpful helping advise on our options and giving us a quote. Luis and his team were able to come out to us at the weekend and we're very professional protecting all the wood floors and giving us updates on the project throughout the day, and cleaned up afterwards, when we ran into problems because of old pipes and gas lines, Luis and his team were able to offer solutions and keep the job on track. Because of rust in the pipes our faucets and showers became blocked and even though it was late in the day Luis came back that evening to make sure everything was working.
His team did a great job, very professional and would highly recommend.

Its not about the money but how someone behaves or in this case misbehaved!There is no reason to be disrespectful or make racist comments especially when were paying him anyway.But this person is Highly racist guy. Extremely unprofessional, always late to work sometimes even hours.He came late, did not provide us the measurements and dimensions for the toilet seat we were to get installed ,he came and said the new seat you purchased is incorrect size and demanded $50 for his ""trip"" after being 1 hour late from his appointment.When we questioned about his policy around such charges and why he wouldnt tell us beforehand he tried telling me that he will not talk to me and only talk to my husband.
And then he commented everyone knows ""how indian people in the valley are"". I found it extremely racist and offending so i asked him to applogize.
I told him i was not commenting about his race or background and he should apologize and he didnt. He did not applogize and said it is what it is. I recommend everyone to stay away from this person, he is very scary, talks in a very threatening tone.
After I posted my comment, Now he wants to explain the community what happened when he could have answered the same politely to us, but he wanted to threaten us and make racist remarks instead and yell at us in our own house when we started questioning because we asked him hey you told us buy any american standard toilet so we did and we want you to install, we can just go get a new one from nearby shop we bought this from but he was so rude and kept yelling its not my problem and you dont want to give me money which almost felt like extortion instead of someone trying to come for a job to help you with a service you need. He wants to potray its all about 50bucks instead but my poor rating is for his unprofessional behavior when he thinks he should be paid for his time when he wastes customers time by coming late, be rude to them in their own house, talk in threatening and demeaning tone if you question him almost doesnt want to answer or explain and make very specifically racist comments, and would not even apologize cause he does not care. Moreover, we paid him anyway ans we told him then and there its not about 50bucks but you atleast need to tell someone beforehand about such charges and explain what the costs for, if you need to maintain a business relationship, but i guess thats too profesional for someone like him so he wont care.
Sure explain all you want, please tell the world how arrogant and racist you are, there is absolutely no reason to make such remarks to anyone, and his behavior was totally uncalled for. Please beware ! He is unapologetically racist, rude, arrogant and scary. I have warned all neighbors and my community personally, i was very shaken, 15 years in the valley its the first time someone made such remarks for indian community on my face. No one wants such experience. Save yourself some stress and money, we called another contractor who helps us with us yard and he even felt so bad hearing what happened that he applogized on behalf on his community that not all people are like Luis and its a shame and is going to find us someone to help. Find a good person to work with who can atleast be respectful and not misbehave for $50
