This was a very good experience from beginning to end. From speaking with Dan and getting an estimate and setting up an install time to working with Marc who performed the work. Both were very professional and explained everything to me. I had a sediment filter installed and they fixed a copper pipe that had a leak and was very thin and difficult to work with. I think the value of the work and what I paid was fair. The job took a little longer than anticipated but I would highly recommend them.

DISHONEST PLUMER
my last 2 water bill were $420 and $860. I turned off the running garden hose. WSSC recommend to hire a licensed plumber incase repair needed.
I call Dan explained as above details. He told me ""don't worry I work with WSSC, I will help take care of WSSC for you""
when he came to my house, 1st he flushed all 3 toilets upstairs and no sign of leak. Then he flushed the 4th toilet in the basement, took me straight to the water meter and show me that the meter moving slightly.
when his plumber came in he rechecked all 3 toilets upstairs and went down to basement. At this time , right after he flushed the toilet he pour a blue liquid into the tank . He said "" you got an over flow "". Then he told me adjusted the flapper.
When I asked for the bill. Dan asked me do you want a licensed ticket or non? At this moment ???? are running in my head.I hired a licensed plumber When I contact him. He hand me a written ticket for $250. Then he also mention if you pay cash less 3%. Now I am kind of shock.
He had not mentioned about his price of service and I didn't ask. Lesson live and learn for me. The descriptions from plumber wrote was
1-adjust 1flapper
2- inspected for water leak ( I think. I don't remember how he wrote it)
So I lost my ticket. I ask Dan sent me the copy of my receipt. Instead of the original receipt he send me a type out one . The descriptions had change to 2 flappers were adjusted.
I contacted Dan bout the over charge by phone and texted. He told me to send him an email and I did. I am still waiting for his respond.

Saw that my garage disposal was leaking so I looked online on yelp since I always had great luck with finding repair companies there and chose Lyons Plumbing for their great reviews. They arrived the next day and installed garage disposal pretty quickly. Thank you!

Lyons plumbing made a confusing process easy. (Who buys the toilet? What are the prices? What are the differences? Is there a warranty? etc.) I was able to get an appointment a few days later. ""Mark"" was very professional, fast, and hauled the old toilet away. I am extremely pleased.

We had a shower faucet installed incorrectly by another contractor. It was apparently a newer type of valve and they didn't know how to put it in right. Mark from Lyons plumbing came in and was able to reinstall it correctly and get it working 100%!! He is a genius!!!!! We thought we would have to get a completely new shower system! Lyons was very fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced! I would give 10 stars if I could I am so happy!!!

I needed a main water valve, along with other various items and Lyons Plumbing was very professional and responsive. I was able to get the issue fixed very quickly. Mark did an excellent job and even pointed out other items that needed attention (electrical items). He replaced everything with high quality materials and even helped me with my water pressure that I've been complaining about for years! Thanks Mark, Dan, and Lyons Plumbing!

We hired Lyons Plumbing to have our whole house re-piped (we had polybutylene pipes). Dan Lyons and his team were very professional and responsive during the entire process. They were able to come over on Saturday to give us a quote (we also reached out to other companies and they all need to wait til Monday to come over and provide a quote). The work quality is very good. The plumbers are very friendly. We're happy that we find Lyons Plumbing and will definitely use them again if we have other plumbing issues in the future.

We had a basement leak that caused a ton of water damage. I called a couple of local companies; which did not treat our issue as a priority. I called Lyons and they came out and repaired my pipe leak in less than 24 hours. The whole job took maybe 45 minutes. Mark was excellent to work with and very professional.
