Problem: sudden low water pressure in the entire house. Water pressure gauge pointed to a defective water pressure regulator. Mediocre soldering skills of plumber - he attempted to solder copper pipes for 2 hours then resulting to crimping method which took less than 30 minutes. Plumber insisted at least 3 times on bypassing water supply pressure valve when he did not have the replacement part available. His recommendation would have caused more damage to house plumbing (imagine allowing 200 psi to run through regular pipes and hoses for washer, refrigerator water dispenser, kitchen sink and toilets!) I refused 3 times his recommendation. I was then left without water pressure in the house for 24 hours because the plumber said he had to leave and would return the next day with the part. The plumber also removed a water valve switch which was not the issue even to the untrained homeowner. Lyons plumbing charged a 35% mark up on the water pressure valve part from supposedly local plumbing supply contractor. I checked the online website for the price list of the part supposedly obtained from their preferred supplier. Additionally Lyon's charged 30 minutes of labor to pick up the part. This is a 83% mark up of the part from big hardware supply stores which I could have bought myself. The business person for Lyons claims of ""better quality from their vendor"" despite the fact that the same part is from the same manufacturer in a big box hardware! Lyons refused to show parts receipt when requested. Proof is in texts, pictures, videos and the actual part removed that was not faulty. 1 star for workmanship and business practice. Definitely will not recommend this company at all. I try to support small business owners and this is what I got. Where is the ""pono""?

We thought we had a plumber set to go, but not. Called Lyons, spoke with Sue, and they were able to get our plumbing needs completed within a week, with their tight schedule. Jake came out and did the work for a shower remodel. Jake and Sue did a great job with communication, as well as a great job for our shower. Prices were very reasonable, and I would highly recommend Lyons to others who need plumbing done. Thank you Sue & Jake, both a pleasure to deal with, and helping out at the last minute !!!!!

Fast, reliable service and they know how to fix any plumbing problem. Honest and reasonable pricing. Only 1 day to schedule an appointment where other quotes weren't available for several days or wouldn't return our calls. We had a broken bathroom sink stopper and Justin fixed it in no time flat. Left work area clean. We will use them again!

I called them on a Friday morning to address a leaky toilet; the lovely receptionist told me they were booked all day and scheduled me in first thing Monday morning. To my suprise and delight, she called me back about an hour later to tell me someone was in the area and could stop by. He was so diligent, quick and nice! Fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company -- they have great customer service, efficient work, and willing to go the extra mile.

Lyons plumbing saved my butt and charges a reasonable rate. I had scheduled another plumber to plumb a shut off valve, new shower valve and set a tub drain. That company sent a plumber who couldn't solder pipes! As I had already scheduled the water shut off I was in a bind. I called Lyons plumbing and they just happened to have a plumber at our complex and sent him over after that job. The guy they sent was obviously an experienced journeyman plumber who knocked out my project timely and competently. ( and no plumbers butt! ). I had all the materials on site so I only paid an hourly rate of $135 / hr. I would definitely use Lyons plumbing again. Thank You!!
