Gotta hand it to them ... two previous plumbers did not fix the problem and didn't bother to try and figure it out ... they pretty much took my money and ran ... Chris from Lyons stayed and would not give up until he figured out what it was then returned with the part later on and fixed it. Polite, cleaned up, explained everything every step of the way.

I needed a plumber to disconnect an old faucet In order to get a new counter on one day and the next day have a new faucet re-installed.
I called the office and left a message inquiring about this request. I was called back in less than thirty minutes by a woman who told me a plumber would be calling me back. All in the same day the plumber, Chris, called me and worked out time frames to get this job done.
Chris was on time, courteous and answered my questions. It was a good experience and plan to use Lyons plumbing in the future.
