I had Eric Lynch come out to fix a leaking faucet in the bathroom. The job required a bit if work, as the free standing basin had to be removed to access the pipes. He worked meticulously and did professionally. He was on time, courteous and professional. Would recommend him.

Great plumber, reasonably priced, great work.

Eric was hired by my pool builder to plumb an entire outdoor kitchen and bathroom. He did everything from relocate my sewer line to all of the internal plumbing for the kitchen and bathroom. This included a lot of plumbing in tight areas, auto-fills, water heaters, two sink, two toilets, a shower and more.

Eric's work has been excellent. Even when product supplied by vendors had issues, he was patient, opened warranty tickets and came back quickly to replace the parts.

I definitely recommend Eric and Lynch Plumbing for plumbing jobs of all sizes!

I called Eric Lynch from Lynch Plumbing to come to my house to add a "Comfort System, Hot Water Recirculating System." He asked if I had an electrical outlet near the water heater. I told him no. He said it would cost more to add an electrical box. He then quoted me $800 on the phone. When he arrived, there was an electrical box next to the water heater. During his installing he said he had to go get some 1" copper pipe to add to current 3/4" pipe. When he finished his job, he handed me a bill for $1516. I was totally shocked, stunned! More than double as I didn't need the electrical outlet. He said parts were $500 (I later looked that a recirculating system from Home Depot was $219). He said he had to take time to get some parts. I told him he should have told me that it was going to be double the quote early on. After some discussion, he discounted the price to $1366. But then he added he can only give me a 90 day warranty. I definitely do not recommend him. I feel I was conned.
