I used Lynch Plumbing company thru 1-800 Heaters. So even though they say I did not use them, that is not correct. I paid them thru 1-800 Heaters but Lynch was the company that did the work. I asked for a 40 gal tall and instead got a 40 gal short fat water heater, which took up more space in my small utility room. I was charged $406 over estimate than 1-800 heaters quoted me, thru Lynch Plumbing. This was because of the different size heater they delivered, they charged me $406 more for vent work, water line work and gas valve- My old water heater was on bricks but they took it off so they had to extend the waterlines to the top of the water heater. So because THEY took it off the bricks, because they did not have correct size in stock, I had to pay $200 extra (really $406 total) for them to take the water heater off the bricks! and extra cost to ""take the old heater outside to dump water"" in the backyard. They also could've noticed that the water was still running when I mentioned there was low water pressure. Tech did not investigate reason why so my water ran for 1 week after the new water heater was installed so I had a very extensive water bill.

Justin was great on today's job! He was on time and very quick and clean about his work. They fit me in so Quickly and explained everything about my new unit. I couldn't have asked for a Better job well done!

This company referred from Home Depot. They came in educating me on my issue. They walked me through what was going to happen with the install. Adam & Justin respected my home the time they was there. When I say when they was finished, they didn't leave a mess not even a small piece of plastic as left behind. No trails of any water from removing the old hot water heater from the basement through the house and through garage. Overall they are very professional, respectful, and educate you more after. They did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. i had ISAAC, Jack & Jill, and Ardobe come out and Lynch Plumbing had the same hot water heaters, with a better warranty. Here is the best part THEY QUOTE WAS CHEAPER THAN THE COMPANIES I LISTED ABOVE.
