Until 3 months ago, we've been very happy with Lynch, using them for years on a range of plumbing projects. Great service and affordable. Then 3 months ago, we requested service to replace a leaking bathtub faucet. This is not an emergency, so were were fine being told they'd be out in a couple of days. Then after a couple of days, no call. This has happened 4-5 times now, the last time being told that """"they were very busy,"""" but they'd call again in two days. Again, no call. We like to be loyal customers, so we've been patient. I guess they are now too busy and don't mind blowing off loyal customers. We'd rate them 5 stars, but since we can't get them to come out in 3 months, it's 1 star at best.

I have used Lynch Plumbing several times because they were convenient and affordable. Unfortunately, that does not adequately compensate for their rude, uncaring attitude and shoddy workmanship. I have read a number of reviews expressing this same view - too bad I didn't read them sooner. Most recently, when discussing a fairly large issue I was having, I was told """"we're VERY busy right now"""". How nice for you. Even if you are very busy, you could at least express a bit of compassion while explaining that you can't get there right away. How a company in a service industry like this stays in business with this attitude is a mystery. Never again!

Lynch Plumbing was called to replace a garbage disposal. Upon entering my home Vinnie was SO RUDE if I had not been in shock at his statements, I would have asked him to leave immediately. I did try and call the owner or office manager and a Louis blew me off explaining that he is a good Plummer and in 2017 we should not take stuff so personally. Vinnie's comments were personal, very personal -too bad Lynch Plumbing lost a customer and several more since I tell everyone I know NOT to call these people for anything! Louis is not the owner/office manager but could use some customer service training as well. Lynch Pluming are not the only plumbers out there-be warned!

Scheduled an appointment and the plumber was a no call no show. When we called for an explanation we were told he got tied up so we rescheduled for the next day. Again, they were a no call no show. We again called for an explanation and weren't given one. Would definitely never recommend them based on their lack of work ethic, professionalism or lack of common courtesy.

We have used Lynch for years and have always been extremely happy with them. They come out right away, do great work, and are extremely affordable. What more could you ask for in a plumber? They are also extremely polite and professional. I've lived in 3 U.S. cities and Lynch is the best plumber I've ever worked with.

Was having problems with a dated hot water heater. I needed replacement. Lynch plumbing came out right away and replaced the unit with an even better unit. Lynch Plumbing was the lowest quote. The work was fantastic! Could not be happier. They certainly earned this rating. :)

Horrible experience with Lynch Plumbing. I have a kitchen faucet leak. Was told the plumber would arrive between 12-4pm on Sat, with a call when on the way. Showed up at 4:15pm with no calling, having ignored my texts for an update. The guy complained about having to wear a mask (I'm immunocompromised), and didn't fix anything, telling me to buy a new faucet and he would come back Tue to swap it. Tue arrived and there was no word from them. No response to my texts until end of the day. He said he'd text me the next morning with a time for that day. I told him he said he'd come Tue & I wouldn't be around the next day. He texted he was busy and I could call someone else. Clearly he doesn't give a crap about being reliable or retaining clients. I called Lynch back and asked to have a manager call me. Got a call from the same guy. I didn't answer. Won't do business with them again. If that's the owner's attitude, stay away!

Got a referral from our realtor (Fazzini Group- EXCELLENT!!), I called and they were very responsive. Called the day they were supposed to come and gave me a time. Came in that time period. Did a great job on the work that needed to be done (two corroded laundry faucets). The guy who did the work was friendly and did excellent work. I recommend them highly.

Do NOT use! Absolutely no social skills----they just walk into homes without approval to enter. At wrong address and then brush off like it isn't their fault. Came home to find one guy in my upstairs area without approval to go in!
