So pleased with the work of Lynch Plumbing. We just purchased a house in Ocean Pines. The water heater was quite old and we were nervous something might go wrong. We set up an appointment with Lynch Plumbing. They arrived on time, replaced the water heater, left the area cleaner than they found it and gave us some helpful tips! Jerry and his worker Paul were both excellent to work with and while I'm hoping not to need a plumber soon, I won't hesitate to call them or recommend them to anyone I know. Great service at a great price! Thank you Lynch Plumbing!

What a disappointment. I wanted to use a local Delaware plumbing company to open my mobile home in the spring. I told Mr. Lynch that I would not be able to travel to Delaware from Maryland because I was taking care of my mom who suffers from Alzheimer's Disease. Mr. Lynch told me ""No Problem"" he would de-winterize and make sure the property was secure until I could make the trip. Time went by and my next door neighbor called me to let me know she noticed water gushing from underneath the house. I had to make quick arrangements to travel to Delaware and discovered that Mr. Lynch had NOT turned off the water. When I called to inquire about why he would not shut off the water main he said he didn't want to play the ""blame game"" with me ---- Never offered to help me fix the busted pipe or the DAMAGE to my home. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

Lynch Plumbing LLC is the most dependable, efficient, and helpful plumbing service we've encountered in 33 years in OC. Our condo association needed an outside faucet replaced, and Jerry had to order the exact one we wanted which would take 2 weeks, so he replaced the broken one with a temporary faucet for the Memorial Day w/e so we wouldn't be without the faucet for our guests over this busy w/e! He came back the next week, replaced it, with the delivered faucet, and just charged us the standard rate for the whole job, despite having to return twice! That's a contractor who values his customers. He's the best! You won't be disappointed. DMW, Secretary, SB Condo Assn, OCMD

Monday May 15 ,2017 at 11 40 am I call to give business to Lynch plumbing and the operator told me my address to far from ocean city area.
So I ask him do you recommend any service around my area I don't know what happened to him .
He told me not his damm business.
To me it is a bad customers service.Of course I always find someone else better than him to help me out.

Several days ago, I called Lynch Plumbing to schedule a de-winterization of a previously foreclosed home that I was purchasing. The owner of the company answered my call, explained in detail the scope of the work, and provided an exact cost for his de-winterization service. A date and time was scheduled that was convenient for me.

On the date that the de-winterization was to occur, Lynch Plumbing arrived exactly on schedule. Almost as soon as the de-winterization began, they discovered a burst pipe in the crawl space. The technician quickly repaired the pipe and continued with the de-winterization.

As they proceeded, they quickly discovered numerous burst pipes throughout the interior of the residence. Chasing the first few broken pipes quickly consumed the time that Lynch Plumbing had scheduled for what should have been a rather simple de-winterization.

Instead of simply stopping due to schedule conflicts, and leaving me with a plumbing disaster; the owner split his manpower and left a technician to continue working on my burst pipes for over eight hours. After a few hours away to address other pre-scheduled jobs, the owner (Jerry) returned and worked diligently to repair burst pipes in the walls of all three floors of the house.

At the end of the day, I was provided a time and material bill for all of the work that had been completed outside of the scope of the de-winterization. Considering that two employees had spend a significant portion of the day working on the plumbing issues, and one employee spent a straight eight plus hours working, I found the bill to be extremely fair. Additionally, I found the quality of work and level of customer service to be simply outstanding.

I would be remiss not to personally acknowledge and thank the owner (Jerry Lynch) as well as his technician, Paul. Paul is one of the hardest workers I've encountered in this area. In addition to being hard working, honest and efficient, I found both Jerry and Paul to be extremely friendly and driven by customer service.

I highly recommend Lynch Plumbing for any plumbing issue you may have if you are fortunate enough to be in their service area. They will be the only plumbing company I call moving forward.

Plumbing problems never come at a good or convenient time. Jerry was quick to get on top of it and was very reassuring and honest. I was in a panic and Jerry was a lifesaver! Highly highly recommended!!

Like it says, it doesn't get any better. We have been using Lynch Plumbing for 3 years now in our condo in Ocean City. First of all, I have never gotten a machine, when you call, you talk to the owner Jerry. Both Jerry and his staff are very knowledgeable, dedicated and friendly. Their labor and product cost are very reasonable. You get prompt service, even in an emergency. I would highly recommend them and will continue using them in the future.

Lynch Plumbing always comes through! What a great family owned company this is. We have been using Jerry for almost 10 years. Anytime we have a plumbing emergency, Jerry takes care of it at a very competitive rate.

We just re-did our kitchen and Lynch Plumbing installed a new faucet, Disposer and re-installed our Dishwasher. He even put a shut off box in behind the refrigerator for the ice maker line. All done right the first time.

I disagree with Terry S's review. Lynch does know what they are doing. I have several condos and Jerry has had to cut into the wall on several occasions. That is where the plumbing is! My suggestion would be to get a siding guy to come out before hand and plan the job. You won't find a better plumber than Lynch, and he was honest with you up front.

I Highly recommend Lynch Plumbing.

I called today for an estimate on a broken pipe at my OC condo. I was told they don't do estimates, they just come out and fix the problem. I said, well that's fine except that you have to get to the leak and it's in a wall that has to be accessed from the outside. They said we just cut through to get at whatever we need to get at. Again, I said OK, but the siding will need to be removed and sheathing cut to get to it. I wouldn't want you to just cut through the siding, which (due to an inability to match) could result in residing the whole side of the building. They said, we are just plumbers. We cut through to get to the leak and its the homeowners responsibility to get it put back. I certainly understand that in terms of drywall, but I expressly asked it they could just pull the nails out of the siding and remove the siding pieces and they would not commit to doing any more than cutting through to get to the leak. Who does that?

Jerry and crew were great! They showed up on time, got right to the issue and fixed it. Very reasonable price also. I will call them with all my plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend them!
