Our founder, Tommy Lynch entered the plumbing business at the young age of 8. His dad was employed as a plumber for nearly half a century. Tommy helped his dad during nights, weekends, and throughout the summer.
When he turned 19, Tommy was managing a new construction crew. Shortly thereafter, he launched his own plumbing business, Lynch Plumbing. In her teenage years, Tommy’s daughter, Amanda, joined the family company. This marked the beginning of our legacy!
For over 35 years, our business has prospered on referrals and the credibility earned through quality work and accountability. All our plumbers are prepared to perform with the same standards, friendliness, and skill that characterize Lynch Plumbing.
We will keep developing and establishing a foundation of trust within our community by reliably providing excellent plumbing work at reasonable rates.

Cory M.Tom is the Jedi of plumbers. His staff is pleasant to deal with over the phone. When he showed up he was so professional and quick. We had quotes three times what he was charging but Tom knew a better way. He delivered and our facets work perfectly. Very nice and extremely competent and trustworthy.
I had a small problem with my water and reached out to them, because they seemed to have good reviews.. They charged me $225 to take a look at the problem and the guy spent 5 minutes looking at the problem. Look, I don't have an issue with the cost, if you disclose at the very beginning how much the minimum service charge would be. I could have found someone a lot cheaper to take a look at the problem, if I knew their service charges was going to be this high. Next time a customer reaches out with you with regards to a problem, disclose the cost of a service call AHEAD OF TIME.
i also didn't care for the attitude of the tech that came out. I felt like I was getting a lecture. Tell your service people to get better attitudes when dealing with customers.
Jason M is an absolute live saver! When my toilet cracked in the middle of the night and started leaking everywhere, I called Lynch Saturday morning and they sent Jason over, he was there in no time! Extremely professional, beyond helpful, understanding and friendly. He had the job done so quick, I was extremely impressed. Would definitely recommend him to anybody who needs plumbing fixes. Thanks again Jason!!!

Cristina M.In my years as a facilities manager and my years as a homeowner, I've encountered plenty of plumbers. I usually react to them with an eye roll because they charge a LOT and you never really know what's happening.
My experience with Lynch Plumbing on Friday and subsequently today, inspired me to log on and post this review.
On Friday, Tommy Lynch was at our office checking out a few issues. He assessed the situation and said his crew would be back today (Monday).
We all know how that usually goes. They flake! Nope, not this crew. They arrived early and got all the work done. They communicated with me and explained everything that was going on. I wasn't met with overly-complex on one end or overly-condescending on the other. They communicated clearly and concisely. I knew exactly what was going on.
They resolved the issues, presented options, and kept me informed.
Tommy even stopped by to check in and see how his crew was doing and make sure things were going well. I'm sorry but that's something you're never see these days... an engaged owner who makes the time to make sure his clients are happy and crew is on-point.
What REALLY motivated me to write this was what the two Lynch Plumbing employees said as they were leaving. The owner, Tommy, had already left so they didn't need to say any of this as they left. One guy shared that they're trained by one of the top inspectors around and they learn so much with the monthly training opportunities that Lynch provides to them. I commented how great it was to know that and that I could see how invested Tommy is in his business. They both said, ""Tommy is a great guy"" and one of them said he would follow Tommy into hell if he needed him.
If that doesn't show you what a great company this is, then I don't know what will. When your employees have your back that's when you know it's right.
I'll be recommending them from now on.
This review is long overdue. About one year ago the water heater in my home's garage started to leak and Lynch Plumbing was able to replace it the next day with a larger capacity water heater and updated the heater to the current codes at a very reasonable price. I had received a prior estimate from another company, which did not include bringing my current heater to code, but it was more expensive. I was feeling ill at that time, but Tommy and Justin were gracious enough to move items in my garage to gain access to the heater. Amanda was very prompt in scheduling appointments. A couple of moths later another water heater, in one of my rental properties, also failed. Justin was able to change one of its parts and saved me the cost of having to completely replace the heater. Tommy, Justin and Amanda are very prompt and very professional. Most of us would agree that, for the most part, ""you get what you pay for"". With Lynch Plumbing you'll receive prompt, quality, honest, and professional service at a very fair and reasonable price. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would. They are the Best!
They are fixing the shower in my guest house, the water was running hot and cold intermittently . I paid them $1300.
And problem still exists. They are back for 3rd time working hard and I'm praying they can fix it after paying all that money
My tenant says the water runs hot for awhile then cold and then back hot, so hoping they can fix it.
Im glad they are concerned enough to keep coming back. Hope they can repair it. Justin the plummer says he is the best and knows whT he is doing. He was referred by R&K fix it.
I wish I could give a 10 star rating. We had an issue with a gas leak and Lynch plumbing was quick to schedule, pricing was perfect & they did a big job very quickly. Jason, Byron & Amanda are beyond professional and understood my needs. You have a client for life! - Troy
Had a water pressure issue. Hired Lynch to look at it. $175.00 service fee. They adjusted the pressure regulator. Two turns of a
a wrench. Noticed a problem with the plumbing coming into the house and was quoted $750 to replace the regulator and consolidate two ball valves into one. When It came time for the appointment , another crew came out and promptly informed me that they couldn't do it for that price. They finally did the work, but not the work that was originally outlined. I paid over $900 for about 1hour's worth of work. I have been asking for an itemized bill now for almost 2 weeks and have only gotten an invoice for the total, no itemized parts. I know the regulator costs about $175, the ball valve, maybe $20.00, plus a 6"" length of copper pipe, maybe $5.00. $200 for parts means $700 labor for 2 visits of less than 1 hour? I feel scammed. Valerie was very nice and tried to get things done, but seemed stifled in her efforts. Stay away from these people.
This business OVER CHARGES and they try to get away with treating their customers like they are stupid and made of money for them to weasel out of them. I did a little research on a tech they sent out to MY HOME ,because of some drug paraphernalia *( small needle)and a small baggie with white powder in it was in the area the tech was working in , and found out the guy has been in and out of jail and prison most ALL HIS LIFE,and keep in mind this was MY HOME ,and I had no idea this type of person was coming in around my family, and everything I have
worked for in this life- WOW,right ? I feel like I need to change the locks etc because I'm worried about being robbed. The guy kept talking on his phone and I was paying him hourly . COMPLETE RIP OFF !! MY house flooded ,I called about it and NO ONE RESPONDED . NO MONEY WAS REFUNDED. THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHO I was when I called. Maybe this ""JUSTIN"" *( IF that IS his name) just used the company name ,I don't know, but I won't EVER CALL ON THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN !!!
Chica C.While the work I had done replacing a flush valve in one toilet was done correctly, I was shocked at the price they charged me well over 300 dollars and the guy was here for maybe 15 minutes and the part they used costs about 20 bucks. I am somewhat a Dyi but I didn't want to deal with it myself time wise and working from home. So I knew I paid more to have someone else do it but the mark up which they didn't tell me about until they were already here was insane. Plus who they sent out was a handy man type not even a licensed plumber so man was I really ripped off. I have since found a better more reasonable old school a man's man plumber. Check out my Yelp reviews for their contact info.
