Just had them install the gas line for a home generator. I can't recommend them more strongly. From the start, the owner came out right away to look at the job and give me an estimate (the other plumbers I contacted took about two weeks to come out and give an estimate)
I decided to file the permits myself and they helped me all along the way...many questions that they were more than willing to help me with.
I needed a mason to build the platform, an electrician and the plumber. When I was ready to do the install, they were the ones who came right away to do their work and they did a great job.
I will recommend them to family members and neighbors without hesitation.
I forgot to mention, they were also the lowest price!

I have been using Lynbrook Plumbing for all of my plumbing issues since I purchased my home in 2002. Whenever I call I am always treated respectfully even though half the time I am not sure what the issue is. Someone always shows up on time and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. The plumbers are clean and always make sure to leave the place spotless. The prices that I have been quoted for complete jobs and repairs are have always been reasonable for licensed and insured work. I have recommended them to dozens of people over the years and everyone seems to have been more than satisfied with their quality work.


Just used them again yesterday to replace my hot water heater. Impressed by their service once again!!

Tuesday I had a waste line leak that needed immediate repair. I called Lynbrook Plumbing because they were recommended by a friend. I was in crisis mode and panicking. A plumber came right on time and fixed it one, two, three. He was courteous, neat & quick. I would highly recommend this company & use them in the future.

Very rude. I called after hours as their website said call anytime, a guy picked up and the convo went like this, Guy - ""Hello?""
Me - ""is this Plumbing?""
Guy - ""yeah who's this?""
Me - ""um, this is Evan, I need a plumber.""
Guy - ""what, who is this?""
Me - ""I'm a potential customer looking for a plumber, can you help me or not""
Guy - ""yeah sure text me your info and I'll have someone there tomorrow""

Instead of writing down my info like a normal business would do, he asked me to text him. He didn't bother to tell me that the number was a land line, and he did not give me his cell number. When I called back the following morning, he yelled at me and insisted he did give me his cell phone, which he obviously did not. He was so rude and unfriendly that I never bothered to hire them, I called a different plumber, and they were friendly and helpful.

I had Lynbrook plumbing and heating at my residence about 3 weeks ago they had one of their technicians / mechanic Miguel to do a gas pressure test on my unit now I am a licensed plumber 3 times I need to go downstairs to show him how to tighten gas nipples onto Union now on Tuesday of last week National Grid had to come back because there was still a gas smell after Miguel passed the gas test National Grid told me that it was still leaking gas everywhere so I would never recommend to go to Lynbrook plumbing and heating for anything anything ever

Save your $ and go somewhere else. They fixed a leak under our sink for $200. It came back about 6-9 months later and they charged us again saying that we caused the second problem ( we didn't) and there was nothing they could do.

Just converted to gas from oil for home heating. Lynbrook plumbing is the best. We interviewed several plumbers and went with this company and we are delighted that we did. They are knowledgeable, professional and do a great clean job!
There is no question they cannot answer and do so willingly and understandable.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional perfect job done.
