I just wanted to take the time to write what a great job Alec Lykins and his crew did. We had an emergency water line break in our front yard and they were out the same day and not only fixed the issue they were originally called for but also did a courtesy check on a bathroom drain that was clogged without any extra cost. Both guys were friendly and personable and our family will be using them from now on.

I'm so glad I went with these guys (I think my guys name was jeff?) He talked me through the whole process so i knew he wasnt trying to upcharge or anything, he was polite and punctual and kept the work area very clean. His work spoke measures for the consideration he seemed to have for his clients. He finished everything quicker than expected too. I even had enough time to run the errands that I had all but canceled because of the arrising issue. I will be using their services again :) 10/10 experience!

Alec went out of his way to provide service. Due to an extreme emergency for another customer I had to reschedule. My service need was not an emergency and I expected for Alec and crew to set up another appointment in a couple of days or so. Not Alec, he came over immediately after the emergency call was handles and completed the several jobs awaiting him in a reasonable amount of time. I can't say enough regarding his hospitality, knowledge and integrity. We own several homes and properties and we only use Lykins Plumbing. Thank you Alec.

I used Alec and was thoroughly disappointed. Alec is dishonest and does not have the expertise or qualification to be a licensed plumber contractor. I used him to find a possible drain clog which required locating the septic tank to determine. I asked Alec in advance if he had the experience/ knowledge with septic tanks and he told me ""he was very familiar with them."" I let Alec know that the septic tank companies had quoted me an hour labor to locate and pump. He told me he could ""find it fast without a problem."" Well, it took Alec 2 days, a total of 7 hours just to find the septic tank and he still could not determine where clog was coming from. First day (3 hours) he could not locate it and said he didn't have the right tools and will need to comeback. Second day (4 hours), finally located the septic tank at the the exact area where I had shown him. After looking at the septic tank he said ""I should get it pumped because he could not determine if there was a clog or not."" He didn't even have a camera for his snake to go into the drain to see. Alec then tried to charge me for 7 hours of labor which I could have had the Septic company do in less than an hour. What a joke! He was trying to charge me for his learning-on-the-job. Unreal! Filed complaint with Arizona Registrar of Contractors. R.O.C. License #243326. Alec needs to have his license revoked and he needs to take some additional plumbing classes. Be careful with this guy. He also has a location in Show Low, AZ.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I can not say enough great things about the owner/plumber Alec! He is honest and AMAZING at what he does! I will NEVER trust any plumber other than Alec!
