Awful company. I called them on Wednesday to repair sprinklers at my house in Irving. They gave me an appointment from 4-5 pm on Thursday. Unfortunately, they didn't arrive until after 6 because they were coming from Frisco during rush hour.

When I made the appointment, I told them I needed 2 sprinkler head replaced in back, a zone replaced in back and two other zone boxes found in back since they had gotten buried and lost their lids.

When they got there (late), they identified the two broken heads in back. When they rang my doorbell it was to tell me they identified about 6 heads in front that needed to be replaced, one doesn't spray far enough out, two are too low, etc. I told them that was fine, but my priority was the issues I called them about. If they could replace the sprinklers in front and address my other issues tonight, we could do them all. The technician hemmed and hashed and said he would have to call the office. After he did so, he said they might able to replace a couple of sprinkler heads, but that was all. It was already late, a fact I reminded him was not my fault. They spent all this time identifying other issues, but never addressed what I asked them to. I asked why they would schedule an appointment just prior to mine in Irving. The tech stated they didn't really work in Irving much. They primarily work in Frisco and Grand Prairie. They also cite Irving for website purposes. Isn't that a bait and switch? Don't waste your time with this company.
