I am incredibly thankful to have found Francisco and his team. I called countless plumbers searching for someone who could help us source and install our European-made faucet. (If you've dealt with these faucets, you know how difficult they are to find, and even harder to install correctly!) After making hundreds of calls, I was fortunate to discover Lux Plumbing. I can't express how relieved and happy I am to finally have a working sink! We hired them not only for our main home but also for our rental property. We are beyond satisfied and will definitely continue to call them for any future plumbing needs.

Water was leaking from the faucet in my tub. I left a message that night and in the morning he replied back to say to can come out that same day. He provided good service and the price was reasonable. I would use him again if I have another plumbing issue.

Francisco immediately responded and came out on a Saturday morning to fix a plumbing issue. He was quick, knowledgeable, took care of everything I needed.

The problems came during payment. Firstly, his initial quotes are extremely high. He does good work, but over $1k for a few hours of work is high. He does not have a modern system for making payments, only Zelle, Venmo or cash.

He then proceeded to pester me every single day for payment, even over the weekend. Typically I pay professional contractors with a CC. When I asked for patience and that I was figuring out payment with my employer, he threatened to come over and remove the work he did. Keep in mind it has only been a week since the work was done.

In the future I will be going with a professional plumbing company, not a single plumber who charges too much and makes threats.

Francisco came within 20 minutes of my Yelp post! Very personable and neat, he covered his boots when he came in. My wife loved that! He unplugged our toilet quickly and without making a mess, like other plumbers we used in the past. He charged me exactly what he quoted. The toilet is now flushing beautifully! I used Lux Plumbing to replace all my cast iron drain pipes with ABS pipes. I am extremely pleased with the work done by Francisco. Every night, they cleaned up the job. On the last day of work my property was broom clean. You would not have ever known they had worked on the inside and outside of my home. Never entered my home without taking off their shoes.

I highly recommend this business for all your plumbing needs. I will never use another plumber for my plumbing needs.

Called Francisco to do some plumbing work. Be careful he will gouge you if he sees your desperation and the urgency of the work required. Not a very honest person! If I can give him a 0 star I would. Just don't get SCAMMED by him. I had another plumber look at it after the fact and he said it would have cost 1/4 of what I paid Francisco and the work he did wasn't even complete.

I called Lux when a different plumber canceled on me day of. They were super accommodating and were able to come that same afternoon. They hooked up a drain, garbage disposal, faucet, and dishwasher. The price was reasonable and the work was done quickly. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant to have in my house. Will hire again.
