Lutz Plumbing visited our house in September after we woke up to a watery garage floor. They fixed the toilet that was the culprit, and then ""fixed"" a second toilet that was running (but not the cause of the leak).

Fast forward to today, when lo and behold, we have a new leak in our garage that was caused by the second toilet. Lutz quoted $700 to *replace* the toilet (and quoted a replacement toilet that a quick Google search can see retails for under $200) that was supposed to have been fixed less than 6 months ago. Coincidence?

Bill and Ricco did a great job. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be looking to Lutz for my future plumbing needs.

This is a phenomenal company to do business with. From the President of the company, the CSR's and the plumbers, every member of their team has been an absolute joy to work with. If you are looking for any type of plumbing work from a water heater replacement to any type of plumbing repair, I highly recommend this company.

We are new to the KC area and recently purchased a 90 y/o home in the Waldo area. Needless to say, antique homes have antique plumbing. We needed a Plumbing Company with experienced and knowledgeable Service Technicians. We stumbled upon Lutz Plumbing after researching Home service websites. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about this Company and their employees. To begin, We had an unexpected water leak and As luck would have it, we discovered the problem in the evening after normal business hours. I called their answering service and within minutes, received a call back from a Lutz service Technician. You would have never known that I was a new customer. I was treated as if I were a lifelong customer of Lutz Plumbing. I've since called on them several times needing various Plumbing Services and Ive consistently received excellent service each and every time. Thanks a million to Bill, Brent and Barbara.....You're what a 5 star review is all about!!

Just say no! Worker didn't do the job on our remodel. Thankful for our carpenter who told us ! Their guy Brent literally didn't do the work. Our entire project would have been ruined if it hadn't been caught !!! The supervised Kevin came out to evaluate, then when he saw that Brent didn't do the job, sent him back out to do the job they were paid for. I have no confidence in this company.

They were here for about 15 minutes. Charged 29.95 to drive here. Pushed a button to reset my garbage disposal $139.65 and disconnected a hose from my washer $62.95. I admit I'm an idiot when it comes to plumbing but this is ridiculous! Learn from my mistake.

I had a worn out garbage disposal. Lutz came out installed a Badger brand with a 2 year warranty. (I have seen this disposal for $85.00 at Home Depot stores recently). Lutz charged over $430.00 to just switch disposals. Their invoice didn't show any breakdown on parts (the disposal) or their labor. Just a bill for $400. plus another charge (tax?) for a total of $430.00. They didn't do any special plumbing or wiring. Just unfastened the coupler, took the old one off. Coupled the new one on, and plugged it in. 15 minutes at the most. The company is a rip off. They never gave me an estimate and had I known it would be that high, I would have done it myself.

We have called on Lutz for several smaller repairs around our home, but this past spring, a ""smaller repair"" turned into digging up the front yard to find the blockage and the neighbors' yard to find the original problem. Brent and the entire staff were professional, kept us informed, and never seemed irritated when I called to verify something for insurance or ask the same question again because I forgot what they told me the first time. We will call them in the future for any plumbing issues!
