I had a leaky shower valve on Good Friday. I called Lutz and spoke to the dispatcher. Within a couple of hours I got a call from the plumber Darren saying he could be there at 2:30 PM. He arrived on time, had the parts in his truck and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. He said his family has been in plumbing business 100 years and he remembered our old condo manager from way back in the 80s! Excellent service, I would highly recommend them.
