DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! I called them because my water heater hose sl;ipped off and flooded my house. I had to turn off the water outside to stop the flooding. I called them and they wanted pictures of the hose/water heater. I sent it to them and they asked for my card number. I gave it to them and they came and replaced my hose. Then they left in a big hurry without even giving me a receipt or anything to sign. I found out later why they left so quickly. AFTER THEY LEFT, MY HOT WATER NEVER CAME BACK ON. I called them the next day 5 times and left my number and they NEVER returned my calls. I called them several times after that and still no return call. I tried to contact the Better Business Bureau but there was no record of Lusk in Blythe. They aren't part of the BBB and it's obvious why. They rip people off. Finally they called and said they'd talk to the ones they sent over. I called them back and the owner said they never worked on my watwer heater. He said I stopped payment on my card (which I did several days later because they hadn't returned my calls and broke my water heater.) So yes, I did stop the payment later. It's going to cost me mush more now to fix my water heater than the $206 dollars they charged to replace a $5 hose. The kids he sent over that day said my hot water would be back on in 1/2 hour. I waited til the next day and it never came back. So after several days I stopped the payment because I knew they were ripping me off. Now the RUDE owner is saying I did something to my own hot water heater. I called them the NEXT DAY after they left. No receipt, nothing to sign, and then hiding from me. These guys are horrible and will cost you more than what they ripped you off with originally. They are the most EVIL human beings on the planet. I'm a disabled veteran. They have no morals or shame. THEY AREN'T PART OF THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR A REASON. THEY DON""T WANT TO ANSWER TO THEM. DO NOT USE THEM!!

My water heater stopped working Sunday night. I tried to purchase one online, but the delivery date was the end of November! I called Lusk Plumbing first thing Monday and by Monday afternoon I had a new hot water heater! The entire staff was polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

HORRIBLE. Do not use this company, you will regret working with them as they are rude, they do not listen and are unwilling to treat people with any kindness or respect. They also refuse to give estimates so beware of hiring a company that won't give clear estimates before they begin!

About 15 years ago these guys saved me from a main drain clog...they had to put 2 snakes together because the clog was over 80 feet. Then they replaced all the fixtures back to the copper and plastic in the walls. I told them I didn't want to see you for 10 years. Now, I need them again for a kitchen line clog in the slab! I sure hope they can help me! I will call them at 8 am.

Terrible attitude, told them about our plumbing issues, they put me on hold for a few seconds, then the receptionist claimed ""we're just not interested in that job."" No explanation, just hung up on me. Great customer service, take your business to someone that can actually communicate with their customers in a respectful manner.
