The RPZ for our sprinkler system was pouring water out of the relief valve, so I had to turn off the automatic sprinkler system. I called our sprinkler company but was told they only replace RPZs, they don't repair them. They gave me the number of Lupton Backflow. I did an on-line request, and Brad came out within two weeks and made the repair, explaining to me everything he did and only replacing the parts that needed replacement. Now the big leak is gone as well as the leaks from two test cocks. I had to water with hoses and hose-end sprinklers in the meantime, and so I was very glad that they could work my system into their busy schedule.

Brad also reminded me how to winterize my RPZ to prevent future problems.

I was charged only $159. To replace the RPZ would have cost hundreds of dollars, not including the charge for the plumber's time.

Lupton Backflow is amazing! The RPZ for our pool's autofill sprung a leak after the big ice storm. Lupton was very easy to schedule, notified me when they were on their way, and fixed our RPZ super fast - all for a very reasonable price. Honestly I wish I had more backflow problems just so I could work with Lupton! Highly recommended!
