Cameron (Cam) came to help me when we lost our hot water. Within minutes he had found the problem (thermostat) and fixed it quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and patient to answer all my questions, even as he worked on the water heater. If you ever call Lundell, you will be very happy with Cameron. You are in good hands when Cam works on your plumbing issue!

Rod and his crew were amazing. When I called they answered their phone, lady was courteous and very helpful. Said they would call soon and they did. Rod returned call same day and said he would squeeze me in on his busy schedule. Next day he called and promptly showed up. Saw the problem I had with outside faucet and started right in with confidence and professionalism. Replaced freeze faucet within an hour and did an excellent job fixing and explaining what happened. Very pleased with there work and the bill was very reasonable. I would recommend his company to anyone who needs to get the job done. I plan on having him come back and help me with another plumbing project. This is a local company that lives and works here and cares about there customers. Based upon a recommendation from a friend, who owns a number of rentals in town, and has tried everyone, I called Lundell's. Kathy (owner) was prompt in returning my call, and very professional. They were out a week, which I expected, as everyone is slammed it seems. Rod (owner) and his son arrived on time, and were terrific. Efficient, polite, engaging, fair. All in all, an excellent experience. Highly recommended for any of your plumbing needs.
