I had a completely difference experience than the other poster. We just had Lund plumbing do a gas to oil converstion for us. They are very professional, friendly and polite. They arrived when they said they would, and stayed late to finish the job. As an engineer I appreciate that they use the latest in plumbing technology. Their craftsmanship is excellent and they are neat and meticulous. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work you have!

We have had Lund Plumbing to our home twice to make repairs. They have been very friendly, polite, did excellent work and cleaned up before they left. They explained the repair they had to make and gave us a very reasonable estimate. The number one reason I would highly recommend the Lund family plumbing business (besides doing great work) is their A+ customer service.

We just had an altercation with an employee/owner of this company upon asking them to move their truck that was blocking our driveway for a few hours. The older gentlemen upon being asked to move the truck swore at us and then physically challenged us to a fight.

If this is how they handle blocking the driveway of a neighbor when at a job, I can't imagine how they would handle a job.

I would not review anything this negatively but to be physically threatened when asking for a general courtesy is unreasonable.

The Lunds are a great family business that are experienced and efficient. When they came to do some plumbing for our basement remodeling recently, they made sure to take the time and care to do the job right. They are hard working, and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone.
