We would never hire this company again. They charged us an hourly rate for 3 plumbers but only two ever showed up. They charged us for time they were not even there (leaving 30 mins early several days). They charged us when they mistakenly placed a vent in the wrong place, then charged us again to correct their mistake. Then, also charged us overtime (although this was not discussed) when they stayed an extra hour to move the vent they messed up in the first place. They charged us for parts, but refused to send us the list of these parts. We paid them in full when debating these issues went nowhere. The following week after a rain, we noticed a soaked floor and called them back to repair the gaping hole they cut into our roof for a vent and never sealed. (This vent was not even discussed. Our only discussion was about a admittance valve that did not require them to cut into the roof.) They sprayed foam around the interior of their hole (not exterior and we had to hire a roofer to fix it) then billed us an additional $400 for this. When we refused to pay this ridiculous bill, they refused to close out the permit or insure the work. In our opinion, they are extortionist and crooks.
