Our clawfoot tub faucet was leaking. Another plumber disassembled the faucet, said he had no idea where to get the part to fix it, put it back together, and left. The leak continued to get worse. A local plumbing supply place recommended Lumberjack Plumbing. Nate at Lumberjack spent time discussing our problem and possible solutions with me over the phone, offering actual helpful advice. When it become clear that replacement, rather than repair, was our best option, Nate recommended what he felt was the best tub filler/faucet, based on quality and ease of repair down the road. I ordered the parts, and Lumberjack's crew did an expert job installing them. Our tub filler no longer drips. The new tub filler, shower riser, and shower head look terrific, and work as they should. I highly recommend Nate and his team of kind, professional, and skilled problem-solvers!

He worked for several hours on what turned out to be quite a project, but he didn't complain and he worked into until was fixed. Everyone I spoke with was professional, respectful, thorough, and knowledgeable, and the service was very reasonably priced. HAve used this plumber multiple times now. Quick response by phone and show up when promised. Recently had a (to me) big plumbing issue and found the quote to be reasonable and fair. Seemed that the issue was a bit bigger than anticipated but they stuck to the quote and provided options for follow up. The men who did the work were polite and not obtrusive, took care to clean up the work area before leaving. I will continue to use this plumber and would recommend others do as well.

Had Matt come out and look at the issue. kitchen was flooding if I used the sink or the dishwasher. Nate's guys, Josh and Andrew came out the same day, worked all day and got the problem resolved at a very reasonable cost. Love these guys and this company. Recommend them any day!!

The pricing is excellent, they are responsive to high need situations (like suddenly no hot water!), and they are instructive on how to maintain equipment to avoid future repairs.
