We had a bad valve in our shower as well as old corroded entrance pipe shutoff & valve to our home. Luker was quick to get here and quick to get it repaired. He also replaced a hose valve that was leaking. Glad he caught that when he was here. Their cost was very fair. Overall a perfect experience.

I had Mr. Luker install a garbage disposal for me and, the next time we ran dishwasher, the wash cycle ended with the dishwasher having a significant amount of water in it. So, I spent the better part of the next 2 hours emptying the standing water out, taking the bottom of the inside of the dishwasher apart to see if there was an obstruction or a filter clogged, even though it is a fairly new dishwasher. I pulled the dishwasher out of the recessed opening to check the drain pump and the drain lines. After exhausting other possibilities, if occurred to me to check the drain connection to the garbage disposal. Turns out the plumber neglected to punch out the plastic plug piece before connecting the drain hose. When Mr. Luker called back, there was no ""sorry about that"" or "" can I come over and finish the job"" or anything other than ""yeah, that happens occasionally. Give me a call back if you have any questions."" Wow! Great customer service.

From scheduling the appointment around my work calendar to answering all my questions, to providing excellent service at a very reasonable price. I have used Luker plumbing 3 or 4 times since we moved into our new house five years ago. original plumber was terrible. Luker Plumbing came in and fixed everything the first time, fixed it perfectly, showed up on time, and for a very reasonable price. He has replaced water heaters, fixed clogs, and rerouted hose bibs as needed. Great to work with, I only wish he was also an electrician!

A little background, my best friend is a Master Plumber in the Midwest and I do quite a bit of plumbing myself. We first called Harry in 2005 to run water out to a new outside kitchen we built. On time, under budget and perfect....never a problem and we have hot and cold running water. We had two different hot water heaters replaced, the same day each one of them died. Harry has provided me with insight on a few niggling plumbing problems around the house so I could fix them.

I live in fountain hills and called because my ejector pump wasn't working. Thanksgiving is tomorrow...They said they don't work on that...???? I guess he wants to just replace faucet washers.

They failed to install a new water softener properly and it leaked flooding the room and requiring dry wall repair. This was our experience and therefore cannot recommend them.
