We used a different plumber in the past and when he was unavailable I called Robert with Lukenbuilt Plumbing. We needed a new gas line ran to the kitchen of the new home we purchased. Robert came out to do an estimate before we bought the home and the final invoice came in right on target. I sprang a lot more on Robert when he installed the gas line (new toilets, new garbage disposal and to fix a pipe coming out of our HVAC unit). He and his team got all the parts the same day and completed the job. No leaks and everything seems to be working great. I texted him the next day since our gas fireplace had a pilot light that went out and he came out the next day to turn it back on. No need to call our previous plumber now since Robert has shown to do a solid job and stay on price point. We will use Robert going forward. Always nice to have a solid plumber you can trust. Great guy! The owner came out and looked at my bathtub faucet that came out of the wall. He explained what had happened, what he had to do to fix it, and what to look out for in the future. He ensured that the faucet was no longer leaking and drained the water buildup in the ceiling dry wall. He then sat down with me and went over what he charged and why he charged it. Great job, will absolutely call again if any plumbing needs come up.

Sadly enough, I didn't find this plumber until after I moved from Parker to Seattle. We were selling a house in Parker from Washington and there ended up being some problems with a faucet in the bathroom. Suffice it to say it ended up being a bigger ordeal than necessary, but I am overjoyed with their service and how communicative he was with us being so far away. That and his prices are very reasonable. I now recommend him to anyone I know locally looking for a plumber because it's not often you find a plumber who 1. Knows what they're doing and 2. Aren't trying to swindle you out of a mortgage payment's worth to do a repair. Thanks for the great service, I'm sorry we didn't find this company sooner.

Alas, our water heater died after 15 years of selfless service. We decided replacing it was a better idea than boiling water on the stove prior to bath time. We called a few places and Robert was able to come out and look at our dying busted ass water heater. He gave a reasonable quote and scheduled it at our earliest convenience. On our search for water heater fixes, you tube videos and the like we discovered pinterest has an vast array of upcycling ideas for water heaters....planters, smokers and lawn decorations. Maybe next time. I digress. He removed our old one and hooked up the new one quickly. And he loaded both of them by himself despite the gun show we flexed offering to help. Water heaters are big...like fit a body in there big, yet he man handled that thing like a prehistoric anaconda wrestling a prehistoric crocodile. Needless to say it's a great company and service.
