As I write this review, my floor/basement ceiling is currently being dried out with fans and humidifier and the restoration guy (called in by the plumber), let alone the Lukenbuilt plumber, are both long gone. And none of the other places, listed higher on yelp with higher stars, have yet to return our call. I don't regret calling Lukenbuilt, and I will call them FIRST next time. Thanks guys. (And they were really reasonable with the price!)

Great plumber he did a great job. He is a master plumber and charges very reasonable rates. I told him he should charge more, he said he would if I wanted him to. But i declined. Great plumber.

Chose this plumber based on reviews. Took a bit to get ahold of him and have him respond, but he finally did show up and ""fixed"" my problem with a faucet. Charged me $100+ for the fix, but within a week the problem was back. Left voice mail with no response. Then texted with no response. Finally got a response and he told me he'd be back a week later to take a look, but never showed up. Highly disappointed given all the rave reviews. Definitely will never use this plumber again.

Was very prompt in returning my phone call. All other plumbers told me 1-4 days but I needed someone immediately to replace my leaking water heater. Very nice and helpful.

Robert previously had done work on my house. He replaced the pressure valve which costed a lot less than other plumbers I contacted. So when I had a bathtub faucet leaking, I contacted him again. He identified the root of the problem and repaired it in a timely manner. Robert quoted me a range of how much it could cost and it ended costing in the lower range which speaks volume of his honesty. If I ever need plumbing done, he will be my first choice.

We used a different plumber in the past and when he was unavailable I called Robert with Lukenbuilt Plumbing. We needed a new gas line ran to the kitchen of the new home we purchased. Robert came out to do an estimate before we bought the home and the final invoice came in right on target. I sprang a lot more on Robert when he installed the gas line (new toilets, new garbage disposal and to fix a pipe coming out of our HVAC unit). He and his team got all the parts the same day and completed the job. No leaks and everything seems to be working great. I texted him the next day since our gas fireplace had a pilot light that went out and he came out the next day to turn it back on. No need to call our previous plumber now since Robert has shown to do a solid job and stay on price point. We will use Robert going forward. Always nice to have a solid plumber you can trust. Great guy! The owner came out and looked at my bathtub faucet that came out of the wall. He explained what had happened, what he had to do to fix it, and what to look out for in the future. He ensured that the faucet was no longer leaking and drained the water buildup in the ceiling dry wall. He then sat down with me and went over what he charged and why he charged it. Great job, will absolutely call again if any plumbing needs come up.

I would highly recommend this business. I have used them twice in the last year and received excellent service!! The prices are more than fair and he uses quality products. Robert even rearranged his entire schedule to make sure I was safe and had hot water the same day!
