I've had two small issues in my bathroom for awhile now; a clogged sink and a hissing toilet. I finally decided to try and find a plumber that I could trust not to price gauge and "find" extra work that needed to be done. After doing a bit of research, I called and left a message with Luis Your Plumber. I noticed there was an option to text, so I did and received a response after a few minutes. I was able to get an appointment the very next day, and was promised someone would arrive between 9 and 10. At about 9:45, one of the guys called to let me know they were running a little late, but would be here in about 20 minutes. This was the first sign of excellent customer service. After they arrived, Saul and Larry took a look and provided (in my opinion) a very reasonable price. They completed both jobs thoroughly, and cleaned up after themselves. I really appreciate great customer service and fair prices. For these reasons, I'll definitely contact Luis Your Plumber for any future plumbing needs.
