Luigi did an excellent Job! Due to a break in his schedule, he was able to show up in less than an hour - ON A HOLIDAY! Okay, so it Was Columbus Day. But still, this is a 3 day holiday for kids and Banks. Finding a Plumber on any 3 day weekend can be a challenge.
JOB: He replaced our old water heater with new. Rerouted some copper that was placed incorrectly. Found and repaired a gas leak.
Price: Very Reasonable!

Smelled a leak from my duplex and had the gas company come out. They promptly shut my gas off due to a leak and wouldn't turn it on until it was solved. Called a couple of places but Luigi seemed reasonable and had great reviews.

From the beginning, it felt like my father in law who happened to be an expert plumber came to help me solve this problem.

We worked together like true in laws (schooled me and didn't let me touch anything but the pump), he crawled underneath my house, double checked all the appliances were off and solved the problem within an hour.

He couldn't finish the job because of timing so he temp fixed it and promised to come back next week to finish the rest. Oh yeah, least expensive out of the 3 and just a stand up guy

Was prompt. Well mannered and knowledgable.

Fixed my issues: swapped cold water/hot water hose on washing machine; and replaced HVAC thermostat with one he had in his car - promising a 6 month warranty on it as well.
I should have discussed price before hang though; he charged me extra for coming on a Sunday. If I had known I could have waited a day, even a week plus, since I didn't have an emergency.

I'd recommend him if he fits your budget.

Luigi is fantastic.

Our heater was broken due to lack of service for a year and just old. He analyzed the situation, went out of his way to go find a replacement, told us it would be too expensive and that he instead would completely fix the old one for us for a cheaper price.

He came in on a Saturday to work his magic and like he promised it was as good as new. He replaced the thermostat and left everything nice and clean.

Called Luigi at 9:30 in the morning. He was at my place by noon, and had all four things fixed that I requested by 2 PM. Great service, nice guy. Clearly explained everything to me as he worked on it.

Luis/Luigi is really amazing! He answered the first time I called and was able to come out the same day (a few hours later) to deal with a leaking spigot in our backyard. I was running late for our appointment time, but he was kind enough to wait, even at 6 pm on a Friday. Even though the job was bigger than expected, he didn't hesitate to go an buy the necessary parts and come back and fix the problem. It ended up taking almost 2.5 hours, even though we had initially budgeted for 45 minutes. And the price he charged was SO reasonable, and probably 50-60% of what I think many comparable plumbers would charge. We are waiting for the glue to dry to fully test his work, but right now, I am over the moon and could not recommend him enough. We have already scheduled another appointment with him to deal with some less urgent plumbing matters.
