Just wanted to give Luigi a shout for his honesty. Our AC broke on a Sunday and he came over within a few hours. It turns out our breaker switch had just flipped (um, why didn't we check that? LOL) Instead of pretending to do work and charging us (because clearly we never would have known the difference), he was honest and just charged us the $79 house call fee.

Just as it was getting dark on a Friday night our HVAC suddenly stopped pumping cold air and the temperature started climbing. I called Luigi and he agreed to come take a look before he went home even though he was clearly tired from a long day. Luigi came to my apartment building in Chinatown / Lincoln Heights just 1 hour after my A/C broke. Amazing service! He replaced the fuses in the compressor unit on the roof and I was off and running again on this 97 degree day. Thank you Luigi!

When you read some of the reviews, and you see how good someone is, you just hope your experience comes somewhere close. We had a sudden outage in the middle of the night, and we needed to get our air conditioning finished quickly because we were leaving town. There same day and actually arrived earlier than promised. Got everything fixed in an hour and was on his way. I can't recommend this outfit enough and would provide a sixth star if the software would let me. Great experience top to bottom.

This was one of the best plumbing experience by far. He was already working at another home when I called but he came as soon as he was done. As soon as he found out what was wrong with my toilet he knew exactly what to do. I had a plumber come out the day before for the same problem and obviously he had no idea what he was doing because I had to call Luigi to save my bathroom. His prices were also so reasonable. He is now my go to plumber!

Our A/C went out today so I called Luigi based on all his good reviews. I got a hold of Luigi right away and we figured out a time in the afternoon for him to come out. He then met me at my house and started diagnosing the problem with meters and what not right away. After a little while he narrowed it down to the capacitor. I know nothing about A/C units but he explained the issue and had the part in his truck and fixed it right then and there. So happy because it was getting hot today and there's a heat wave coming in the next few days!
