I have no idea why the reviews are good. I called them for a plugged toilet. Luigi and his father (?) said they could not fix it. They left the bathroom filthy (when they promised it would be clean) and left several major scratches and marks on a newly installed floor. I called another plumber and it was fixed in 20 minutes. He said whoever I called did not know what they were doing. He was also very rude. There are many reputable plumbers. Stay away, stay very far away!!!

Inconsiderate guys. Keep blocking driveway into and out of my apartment complex which is not only rude, but a hazard if anyone needs to get in or out in a hurry. Twice now they have completely blocked my driveway and I have to go find them and tell them what they should already know which is to park on the street like everyone else! Or have person that needs assistance move their vehicle to the street if they need closer access! In order to get in today the guy didn't give me enough clearance causing paint scratches on my car! This better not happen again tomorrow and now just to leave property I am now going to have to try to find them and tell them to move! Yea, after letting me in he didn't get clue and drove back blocking only entrance/exit! Twice now! Park on the street!!!!! Address this happened two days now is 1615 Bath street Santa Barbara!

Luigi is the best! You won't be sorry if you call him. He is super knowledgeable and can handle large and small jobs. He is a local Santa Barbara family man and I love supporting him over the big ""rooters"" because he is completely honest and fair. I've called Luigi for multiple jobs and each time he's been able to respond quickly (even on weekends) and has taken care of all the issues I've had.
