Last month our house had a water pressure issue. We needed a plumber to fix it right away or else the pipe seems to be bursting whenever we turned on water. Tony promptly replied to my call and came to take a look. His price was reasonable and the work was good. And he finished repair within our expectations. Tony did a great job, was very responsive to texts, communicated well and was always on time. He took care of our problem with drainage almost immediately. He covered his shoes and the wheels of his machine the first time he was here. Our cast iron pipes, which are almost 100 years old, were too corroded, so he replaced them the next day.
I had initially requested about 10 quotes from yelp, for the cleaning of the pipe. I had chosen him. And for the big job of replacing the pipes, I did not get any other quotes because by that time we just trusted Tony enough. Also he said he'd waive the fee for snaking the pipe. I don't know if his pricing for the big job was competitive but it seemed to be. We were happy with him. It was easy, quick and clean.
In retrospect, I do wish he would've had put down some tarp where he walked in and out of the house, but I'm sure he would have done it if I would have thought to ask him.
One extra bonus was, the day after the job was finished and he already had his check, the old pipes had turned out to be quite smelly. So I called him and told him about it. He immediately said he'd come by the same day and take them away. He managed again to crawl under the heater ducts to get out all old pieces from the remote corners of the crawl space. Since cleanup was not in the contract it would've been easy for him to just say, well you didn't pay for that. But he made sure nothing smelly was left and even came by a second time the day after, for a single pipe my husband had already taken out of the basement and put in the yard. Thank you, Tony.

I noticed a sprinkler valve leaking on Friday 5pm, called a couple of plumbers from Yelp. Only Tony agreed to come in one hour. He quickly determined the problem and came back Saturday morning as promised to replace the valve. He also rerouted a section of the pipes to lower the water pressure from the water main, and replaced the section of pvc pipe with copper. Then I remembered that my backyard sprinkler valve has a very slow leak, and Tony went back to the store to get a replacement. He does very good work and worked within my hectic weekend schedule. He saved my day. Highly recommend Lucky Rooter.

Toni quickly responded to my request for quote to replace a faucet in the bathroom. His quote was very reasonable and he replaced the faucet in about 45 minutes. Overall pretty happy with the service. He provides 30 day warranty on his work.

I had a issue with a foul smell and found Tony thru yelp. I read the great reviews people had given. I reached out to Tony and he got back to me within 5 min and offered to come right next morning for a inspection.

Tony came the next morning, took a look at the issue thoroughly, found out the leaks in the drain pipes and gave me a reasonable quote and guided me thru the entire process.

He is very professional and showed up the next day, completed the job as planned and walked out like a champ !
