Tony is always very reliable and honest. He has been helping my family now for the past few years. Today, he helped replace our leaking water heater and all the corroded pipes and valves at a very reasonable price. He did all the work including buying the new water heater for us. We had a leak in the sewer line. Tony stopped by to do a free inspection. He was thorough and professional. He showed us videos of cracks in couple other places other than the obvious leak. His price is reasonable and he is nice to talk with. He explained everything to us in an easy-to-understand way. The next day he came on time, fixed the leaks, and replaced the cracked pipes. After doing a full test, he found another leak under the kitchen and he came the other day to fix it. He fixed an extra faucet and checked the sink of bathroom for us for no charge. I'd recommend him for his professionalism, honesty, reasonable price, and the warranty he gave us for his job.

My kitchen & bathroom drains all backed up on a Fri night at 8pm. Called several companies that were supposed to respond to 24 hr calls, but only Lucky picked up the phone! Superman (he goes by the disguise of Tony) showed up within an hour & cleared up everything for us. Did I mention that it was during the heatwave too? Tony also made recommendation come back the following week to replace the drain line; it was a multi-hour job during the never-ending heatwave of 2020, but Tony kept to his schedule & completed the job smoothly. He even took photos of his work underneath the house. Thanks Tony!

Tony did a great job at a reasonable price. He quickly and accurately determined the problem and clearly explained the options. I had a back up in my sink and tub and he replaced corroded exit pipes in my 60 year-old house. I tried to save some money by having a friend replace the copper and incoming lines. That was a huge mistake. Tony came out and replaced a joint that had sprung a leak. I should have used Lucky Rooter & Plumbing for that project in the first place. I will contact Tony for any future plumbing issues.

Loi (Tony) and his crew are amazing! I got a response to my request within 20 minutes and had Tony at my doorstep at the confirmed time. He was able to diagnose the clogged bathroom sink and leaky kitchen sink almost immediately. What I thought would be a simple repair turned out to be a much bigger job than I anticipated. Tony was very honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable, and I felt like he genuinely wanted to help fix the plumbing issues. He and his crew we're back at house to replace our kitchen sink garbage disposal, replace the drain pipes in the crawl space for the two bathrooms, and installed an outdoor clean out in about 6 hours the following day (the Friday before Labor Day weekend!). There were anywhere between 2-5 people helping at anytime throughout the day, as Tony partnered up with another local plumber, Kiet and his crew from AllGo Plumbing and Construction. I was very impressed with their services and how they explained everything to me and even warned me about potential plumbing issues that may arise over the next few years. Their work was superb, and I will definitely consider either of them for my next plumbing job in a heartbeat!
