TERRIBLE customer service. They are not interested in new clients. Little known fact: We are interior designers and we all know each other and talk! I will not be referring your company and will always relay my experience to our clients and other industry people. For THREE weeks I've been trying to get Bob out to a client's home to look at a project. He had me call him back 10 TIMES over 1 week. Then never called me back. Left messages and emails for the owner, Scott, to call me back. Radio silence. If they can not even communicate/call someone back, how could you ever expect them to finish a job, quote a job, or address any issues?! Terrible business plan, guys! Get your stuff together!!!

Very expensive. Not so friendly. Even if you are an existing customer and they come out for a quote they may not give you a quote. Or respond to your repeated phone calls for the quote! Not a good way to do business.

I have had recurrent, monthly, sewer back up for the past 7 months. Lucke Plumbing came out each month, rodded out the drain, and the problem recurred in a month. Frustratingly, they never returned my calls requesting both an explanation for the frequent recurrences and for a solution. Neither did they utilize a camera to visualize the problem until I suggested that may be they should look first to see what the obstruction is. They never got back to me with a report on what they saw, despite repeatedly calling their office. Ultimately last week, about a week after their final visit, my basement flooded and I sustained considerable property damage and a costly clean up. All of this would have been avoided if they had tried to diagnose and fix the problem rather than repeatedly do the same thing and expect a different outcome. I've called twice since the flood and they have still not responded! DISCOURTEOUS AND INCOMPETENT!

AMAZING! I've been disappointed with customer service and responsiveness in the past with plumbers...Wilmette Lucke Plumbing completely changed my mind! Bruce, Scott, and their capable office manager Sarah are completely awesome. I had an outdoor spigot that wouldn't work...Bruce came on time, handled the situation, gave me his CELL PHONE NUMBER so I could call anytime this occurred. Whoa! Now that's what I call SERVICE!

Love these guys. Its wonderful to have a plumber you can trust to do the job right. We moved to a house from a condo in the city so had limited experience dealing with plumbing issues. Trustworthy plumbers are worth their weight in gold.

Cannot recommend more highly! Today was my first time using Lucke Plumbing. Outstanding and very professional service from Bruce, the plumber. I know virtually nothing about plumbing/repairs....and to have someone so helpful/trustworthy means a great deal to me. The price was reasonable & everything was taken care of promptly/efficiently. We had a great experience with Lucke. We had a flooded basement and the plumber came out that morning to fix a clog in the sewer line. Reasonable prices that seemed to be in line with industry norms (based on some Google searching). Very friendly plumber (Bruce) and staff at the office. We would call again.

We called them to fix two leaky faucets in our rental. The unit owner had the same issue previously with the faucets and told us to have the plumber check the ""O rings"" which I did. The plumber immediately said it wasn't the O rings, and proceeded to attempt to fix whatever was causing the leaks. We are in a condo building so it was a long and time consuming trip from our unit to the elevator and down to the plumber's truck parked in the parking lot. I am not exaggerating when I say the plumber made about five of these time consuming round trips back and forth to his truck. Well, in the end, he didn't fix the leaks, and then we received an almost a $400 bill from them, probably at least half the time on the bill was the plumber's trips over and over again to his far away truck. It was a total waste of money.

Marc came by to help troubleshoot a problem with a leak. Two other plumbers had come previously and they had failed to figure it out, and we got water damage as a result. Marc came by, asked precise questions, and in 10 minutes figured it out and fixed it. Wow! I am impressed and will call them first next time.

I feel like I have been totally ripped off. We had a leak and called Lucke and since they couldn't get anyone over until after 4:30 the charge was $250 per hour! It was shortly after 5 pm when he arrived, not 3 am or some time that might merit an exorbitant fee like that.

The guy was not friendly and wouldn't give me a straight answer about what was going on. Then, although the leak certainly seemed to be fixed after a very short time, they needed to come over with another part for another $125. They didn't ever give us options or estimates just basically charged $500 for what should have been a 30 minute job with a $25 part. I wish he had explained what was wrong, given me options (pretty sure we could have had a new toilet installed for that amount of money.) I will go out of my way to avoid this company.
