TERRIBLE customer service. They are not interested in new clients. Little known fact: We are interior designers and we all know each other and talk! I will not be referring your company and will always relay my experience to our clients and other industry people. For THREE weeks I've been trying to get Bob out to a client's home to look at a project. He had me call him back 10 TIMES over 1 week. Then never called me back. Left messages and emails for the owner, Scott, to call me back. Radio silence. If they can not even communicate/call someone back, how could you ever expect them to finish a job, quote a job, or address any issues?! Terrible business plan, guys! Get your stuff together!!!

Quick install, gets a quick review. I won a reverse osmosis thingy at one of those charity auctions.... back east, in BOSTON..... the company who donated it, obviously couldn't install it here in the suburbs of chicago. So I called my plumber. They guy was in and out in under two hours, and we now have pure water going into the fridge, coming out of the sink, and EVEN hooked up to our Kurig machine!! Who would have thought!

What a mess, the basement used to get a little water here and there.... but with this last thaw, and a frozen ground, our basement got plenty. We found Lucke on line after getting their name from a friend at work and despite being a little far away, they made a priority to take care of my problem. I didn't even know the house had a water proofing system because it was closed in when the finished the basement. Stupid inspector.

You wouldn't be happy either if you were told you needed a new water line because the old one is leaking where it goes under your foundation.
Foundation repair guy... You are my next call.
This Lucke plumbing out fit came in, just about the middle over all the bids but the reason I chose him was purely on reputation. When I asked the other faculty over here 3 of them told me if I didn't use these guys I was stupid.
The job started on time, ended on time, and the amount came in 500.00 dollars under the estimate. I am giving them 5 stars but only listing 4 stars on my review because yelp in their infinite wisdom pulled this review down the first time I posted it. All the same they deserve 5 Stars. One for each hundred dollars they saved me.

I don't know anything about plumbing and don't care to. I called these guys based on a referral from work and glad I did. The call was answered immediately, they asked my availability (yep!) and came out same day to assist. My kitchen sink and garbage disposal was in shambles.

It was quick, easy and painless. And AFFORDABLE.
