At this point worst experience I've had with a well pump company! Mainly because of Bob the owner was extremely rude and very unprofessional when I had a concern about getting a bill that should have been covered under a part warranty. I was told by Christy over the phone and then staller when he came out that if the well was shutting off because of the control module that they just installed a couple months prior it would be covered by warranty. But Bob got on the phone and in a extremely rude manner and asked what do you want me to do about it I said well cover it under warranty and then he proceeded to say he's been in this business for 40 some-odd years and that because you have an old tank and it's probably waterlogged that caused the control box to fail! But as I stuck up for myself because I know enough about pump systems to do maintenance so my older galvanized tank wouldn't get waterlogged and I told him that I recently just did that and that was also done a couple months prior when his guys came out and fixed the system that is not the case. At that point Bob began to cuss and complained about his installers coming out on free time to fix their work, then told me don't call them and never do business with him again! Upside is dealing with the older gentleman that was the installer was a good experience he showed up quickly after calling but did have to come back out and fix a leak that they caused by fixing the leak and adjusting the pressure switch because they did adjust it differently than factory spec settings the first time I called them out. But all this did start out with just a leak in the pump line. Which the system worked fine before and work fine after up until the new control box capacitor that they installed went bad? And the only reason they talked me into replacing that electrical control box in the first place was because it did have some corrosion on it and we're very insistent on it needing to be replaced. All of that so far which really was just the control box and fixing a leak has cost me over $1,000 :(

Honest and true company. Hardworking team that does what it takes to get the job done efficiently and quickly. We were out of water all the way in Napa County and couldn't get anyone out here for days and without hesitation, Luciani was out to our ranch within an hour and a half. Horses got water, we got water and they couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. Good people, plain and simple. Highly highly recommend them, ESPECIALLY if you want the job done right.

We have a small vineyard with a well and pump installed years ago by Luciani. Not only are they always available to help with our well pump but they go above and beyond even that. We recently built a home on our property and had a horrible experience with the out of area plumber our contractor hired. Luciani came the day we called for help with our brand new lift station. They worked with the manufacturer to solve the problem as much as possible within the warranty. They were patient while trying to sort out the problem and made many trips out to our property. We felt their price was very fair for the level of service we received and everyone was just incredible nice and helpful. Thank you so much Luciani!

So when did I need Luciani Pump? For the second time, when I was in over my head dealing with an irrigation problem which led me back to my main water supply. Bob had his technician (Dan) over at my house within 30 minutes, evaluated the job, and had it completed in no time. Can't say enough good things about Luciani Pump.
