I was so pleased that these people were able to respond to my plumbing need within 30 minutes from the time I called them. They handled the problem quickly, were honest and clear about their bill and were very cordial.

I think I have found my the people to call for my plumbing needs.

CHUY, You're a life saver!!

My hubby is one of them ""I can fix everything"" type of guy but with his crazy traveling schedule, and a leaky washer he decided to call a plumber. After looking for recommendations on Yelp, he found Lucas Plumbing! Thank God!!

Our service rep was Chuy. Very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix our leaky washer, he fixed our slow draining shower and bathroom sink. Did I mention, he came on a Saturday?

Also to my surprise, he did not bill me. At first I was afraid that I would end up with a crazy ""expensive"" bill but after receiving it, I can say I was pleasantly surprised and proud to say, thumbs up!! Lifetime customer!!

Last, as for customer service, my hubby made the call and he did mention that they were very courteous! Too bad, they are not a general contractor - I'd have them over for other work : )

These guys are great! Mike Diamond said it would cost $500 to replace a clean-out T -- Lucas started at $89 -- just sawing out and replacing the old plug but the T had a crack in it so they went out and got a new one -- total job $200 including snaking the drain.

These are very honest and competent guys I would judge from my one experience.

These guys go above and beyond the call of duty. We had a good-sized leak, and it was not clear where the source was. They were on a mission to find that leak ASAP. Once found, they fixed it quick and put everything back as it was. They even showed back up at the house the the next day to just check to make sure that everything was OK. These guys are the best, and most of all, you can trust them. They will be my plumbers for life.

Answered the phone immediately. I spoke to the dispatcher several times who did what he could to get someone there early. Gabe showed up, diagnosed the problem with my sink, and told me he would be back in a few hours to do the repair. Got another follow-up call from the owner, letting me know when Gabe would be there. He completed the repair, gave us some great advice about how to prevent future problems, cleaned everything up and said he would send a bill. No paperwork to fill out, no hassels. Best plumber I've ever had. I can see why they have all the great reviews. Thanks again

I picked the plumber with the most and best reviews on yelp and was not disappointed. Here's what I liked:

*easy to make the appt (called in the evening for a next day appt)
*arrived on time (actually he called and came one hour earlier, who wouldn't like that?)
*Gabe the plumber was fast (done in 30 minutes), knowledgeable (made some suggestions on a cleanout) and clean (he probably smelled good too but we didn't check)
*bill comes in the mail, less hassle for everyone

I would not hesitate to call them again.

Totally nice people....very friendly on the phone when I called them this morning. Two gentlemen came over and were courteous and prompt. I had three problems in my house, a leaky kitchen faucet, a bathroom faucet which leaked and that we fixed previously ourselves but the water pressure vanished, and the worst problem was a leaking master bath shower.

The first two problems were fixed in about 2 minutes total. The bathroom shower leak took about an hour. They tried to fix the part, but it didn't work, so one of the guys went out again (he went to get parts twice) and had to get new parts. They do bill later, so I am waiting to see the bill and will report back, but he said they would charge about $40 for the parts and one hour of service. Hopefully it won't be too bad. I rent the house so the landlady will be paying the bill.

I really liked them and will be using them for the long haul.

Had two different plumbers look at a leaky shower facuet. Lucas was the second and seemed more honest. Both ultimately came to the same conclusion, but Lucas was able to do the work the same day and for a little cheaper.

They also fixed a broken toilet handle.

Overall, good experience and would definitely use them again. Next time, I'll call them first.

The plumber, Chewy was on time and was great!! He got the job fixed and we got our sink in working order again. I can't say enough about the service and the plumber! We'd use them again for sure!!

I've been searching for a good plumber for some time now....I almost used a client's services, but I came across poor reviews for them and then I found Lucas Plumbing. I thought I'd give it a try. I have to say that I'm very glad that I did.

My plumber Gabe...very professional, prompt but also very funny. It was just an overall very pleasant experience (it's a plumbing call!) to get my shower unclogged. I neglected to take care of it right away, and I know it was a bit of work, but I REALLY appreciated his hard work and persistence.

Thanks Gabe and I will be calling you for future work for both my residential and rental properties.
