Lucas Responded to my emergency call immediately, was absolutely wonderful to work with, and I can't recommend him highly enough for the work he did, the follow-through, and just a wonderful courteous human being. So pleased with his service, my new go-to for plumbing and heating!

Lucas was so great when he first showed up to our house. He worked quickly and was on time. Then he never came back to finish the project and would not respond to us. I finally got a hold of him and he came back to finish which we really appreciated. He was supposed to install a water heater for us, came by to do the inspection then again no showed and has not called us back for a couple weeks. I hope he is ok, and that nothing happened. Lucas was wonderful to work with when he was there and would respond, but the disappearing incidents were really hard to deal with. Still trying to find a plumber to help with our water heater since we had depended on him to show up.

We called Lucas for two separate occasions already. We had two wall furnace went out at the same time for different reasons (one had not been functioning well for over 10 years), and a toilet backup due to a tree root intrusion. Lucas came within hours of each call, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it within the same day. He charges fairly. Highly recommend.

Can't say enough good things about Lucas! Called him and he was able to come to my house for non emergency service setting up my water for my fridge the next day. Very reasonable, competitive prices and amazing customer service! Fast and easy texting communication from booking the appt to when he was arriving. We did have a small drip leak from the fridge water filter a few days after he hooked up the water to the fridge. I texted him (Sunday afternoon mind you) and he immediately responded and was at my house fixing it in less than 15 min! Looks like it was just an issue with the filter itself and not related to his work. He will be the only plumber I use in SLT!

One star is more than this clown deserves. Canceled yesterday because of snow with the promise of being here first thing this am. No call no show until 11. He finally informed me he decided to take other emergency calls and couldn't be here until next week. Completely unprofessional.
