Excellent again.
Nobody ever wants to call for plumbing. Something went wrong that shouldn't have, always when you have too much going on or finances are tight.
2nd time I have called Lucas. This time, Hot water down. He assessed the problem, got the parts, and I was back up and running within hours!! Fair price. Honest service.

I have bid jobs with other local plumbers and Lucas has always come in with the most competitive bid. The owner is honest and hard-working. Called & answered, cool, scheduled, cool, showed up on time, wahoo! Then realized he's too large for job (exact issues discussed prior). Left and never returned. Did not return calls. Text says

So, again with this being a time crunch issue, NO RESPONSE. Until a text saying basically, oops, got busy? WTF? Common courtesy, call if you can't do the job!!! Easy peasy, own it dude. Luckily was able to find a reputable company that came and fixed my issues quickly and as promised.

I have a very old furnace and it really needs to be replaced but I just haven't had the time to deal with it. My furnace stopped working on me about a year and half to two years ago during a very cold time frame. I called every furnace repair company I could find on google, only two responded, one told me to buy a new furnace and the other one left me hanging never showed up. Thank God I found Lucas Plumbing and Heating on yelp and called him. He showed up with in the hour, even though my furnace is old and the parts are no longer available he was able to fixe it. Fast forward, about two years later, my furnace stopped working again. I called the Gas company because I smelled gas. They came and shut the valve off and told me to get a new furnace (meanwhile I have no heat and it's freezing) I found Lucas' number from my old email and called him on a Saturday. He came within 20 minutes, climbed over a mountain of ice and snow to get to my furnace. He fixed it and for a very reasonable price. The guy is God Send. When I'm ready to replace the furnace it's Lucas Plumbing and Heating I will call. I highly recommend Lucas Plumbing and Heating.

Lucas was very responsive when our furnace stopped working. He fixed it the first time. Then it had problems again, he came back out got it working again and did not charge us. He is also very reasonable in comparison to other heating and plumbing companies. When our furnace does need to be eventually get replaced, we will use him.

Lucas was so great when he first showed up to our house. He worked quickly and was on time. Then he never came back to finish the project and would not respond to us. I finally got a hold of him and he came back to finish which we really appreciated. He was supposed to install a water heater for us, came by to do the inspection then again no showed and has not called us back for a couple weeks. I hope he is ok, and that nothing happened. Lucas was wonderful to work with when he was there and would respond, but the disappearing incidents were really hard to deal with. Still trying to find a plumber to help with our water heater since we had depended on him to show up.
