We woke up to a broken pipe in our downstairs bathroom at 6:30 am this morning. I called Lucas plumbing immediately and to my relief they were out at our house by 7am. In today's society a quick response is hard to come by and appreciated. The two technicians, Christian and Roni were very personable and professional. They fixed the pipe in the downstairs bathroom and also installed a new faucet in our upstairs bathroom after that. They were done the job and left at 9:45. Problem solved allowing us to get on with our day, rather then waiting hours for another plumber. I was more then satisfied with the price for the excellent service we received. I don't shop around in an emergency and the price was more then reasonable. This is the third time I've had Lucas out here. All three times I was completely satisfied with Lucas's service and impressed by Lucas quick response time, personable professional employees and having the job done right. You need a professional call Lucas. I highly recommend them.

Had them out to do some small work, replacing 2 faucet handles with levers, and replacing inner workings on two bathroom sinks, plus removing a drain clog. 3 hours, which should have taken half that, and $1,200 later they were gone. Outrageously high pricing. Will not use again.

Seriously, folks. No fun having an emergency plumbing problem. But it helps greatly to know about a long-established, reputable plumbing company that has bailed you out (yes!) in the past.
Brandon from Lucas Plumbing did a great job on an old burst drain pipe. Replaced an extended segment Just beautiful work. Good guy to work with. Perfect cleanup of a lot of old stuff.

I recently have two emergency issues, one is the toilet leaking and another is waterline burst. Lucas had the fast response and helped me solve all the problems. Reasonable price and friendly staff, Steve is a really nice technician and did a really good job. Highly recommended!

I tried Lucas for the first time for a dishwasher install. Used another plumber previously for a water heater, but didn't want to have to patch holes in my wall again. The plumber was scheduled between 9-10 and they arrived around 9:10. Prompt service, respectful employees and reasonable pricing. Will definitely be using for future plumbing and bathroom remodeling.

We have the good fortune to be clients of Joe Lucas and his team for 30 years, as had our home's previous owners. This house was built in 1740, and although the plumbing is more recent it is still a challenge with older pipes and systems. Throughout our years here we have come to rely on the expertise, efficiency and skill of everyone who has helped us repair or upgrade our plumbing or come to our rescue when a problem occurs. We have NEVER been let down or disappointed by their service, whether it be the usual plumbing maintenance or assistance with our very old well (the continuing source of water for this property.) I will also add that we have admired and respected the integrity and honesty of everyone we have dealt with in this company, which comes from the top in the leadership of Mr. Joe Lucas. He took the time explaining everything throughly to my wife and me. We had a underdetermined ceiling leak in our bathroom. He investigated carefully and found the source. Greg did some work previously for us and what a true experienced skilled professional. I will definitely recommend Lucas for any plumbing needs. Very Satisfied

I had an excellent experience with Lucas today. Greg was on time and fixed a leak in our sink, replaced the garbage disposal, along with repair to existing pipe in the basement where the leak was dripping water on my basement ceiling. The work is of a very high quality. While it seemed a little on the pricey side (though not overly pricey), I prefer to pay for quality. If you want trusted, high quality plumbing work, Lucas should be on your list to call.

Called Lucas Plumbing to come out for a few small jobs in our house - they scheduled me for the next day. I was told they would come prepared with shoe coverings and most importantly - masks.

When they arrived, they both had useless cloth masks around their necks and one did not have shoe coverings. I first gave him shoe coverings and he looks at them with an attitude, saying ""they're not going to fit"". Then I asked him about masking up. The one did, the one with the attitude reluctantly did as well, but only putting it half on. I was getting a really strong d***khead vibe off this guy right off the bat.

I went and got two disposable medical grade masks and told them to use them rather than what they were wearing. The man rolls his eyes, shakes his head and asks ""Do I really have to?"". I pointed out that I CLEARLY had two small children in the immediate area he could visibly see - one being a newborn - and we'd like to take precautions. He snaps back ""I have asthma"", to which I reply ""All the more reason to wear one, then."" At this point he saunters over to me like I'm asking him to suit-up in a clown outfit and dance for me - I say: ""You know what? Leave. Get the f*** out of here."" He huffs and saunters out like ""your loss"".

The complete lack of respect when entering someone else's home is absolutely astounding.

Whoever this clown is - he is an absolute LIABILITY to this company. I don't care what BS you choose to believe, but PLEASE WEAR A MASK.

The owner of Lucas Plumbing has until 5PM today to call me and explain the behavior of their employee.
