This plumber came recommended so my mom called him. He told her he would be there at 2:30. She waited and waited and he never called or showed up. I had her call Roto Rooter that night and as promised they were at her door at 8am the next morning. Damage was already done by then. If you have a business and you say you are going to be somewhere and can't make it then have the common decency to call and let the customer know. Especially the elderly. I am so unhappy with this man's business principles and when I told my friends who recommended him they both replied......... 'well, yeah he does do that"". So NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND this person.
