This is the second time we have used Lucas Boards Plumbing and they are the best! First time the young man installed our new faucet and he was super nice. He explained the issues that we had been having and then gave us so advise on a project I was considering. The second time was most recent and Lucas was so kind and helped us immediately. We will always call this plumbing company!

Hired Lucus Board plumbing to install water heaters and plumb new bathroom and misc plumbing needs.Came out one day with men and said they had completed job.I was not at home when job was supposedly finished.They said the only thing left was insulting pipes on down stairs shower.Did not have the materials and would come back later.We were faced with ALL the boxes and trash left on the deck and when we called could never reach Luke to get someone out to finish the job.He would not respond to multiple texts and calls.Finally sent someone out to insulate the pipes and put trim in tub and the guy came with no materials.So the pipes were never insulate and he put the trim in the tub without sealant so we had a leak coming through vinyl.My opinion is this is a very sorry business to not care about completing a job that was paid for.That's my mistake as I should not have paid until job was completed.I would never recommend this business.If you use him plan on getting shotty work.Run as far away from this business as you can.I will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau.
