Based on the positive google reviews, I chose to call this business to help us resolve an electrical issue with our sewer pump. ECCFWD told us we needed a new breaker for the grinder pump. LT told us they could come fix the issue this afternoon. After 5pm they call to say they are behind on calls and have an 'emergency call', so they will come help us tomorrow. I told them we are an emergency call because our drainage system is not working and we can't use our plumbing system at all (can't even use the toilet!). She said the would come tomorrow and I told her that is not acceptable since she committed to coming to fix the problem today. She hung up on me. I would have called another company if she was just honest. Now we have to go to a gas station to go the bathroom. This is unacceptable. Hanging up on me was not only unprofessional but rude. I don't recommend using this company for any services since they will only help you if it is convenient for them.
