I own an older rental triplex on Lido Key and needless to say I need an excellent plumber on call. I've been using LT Plumbing for 3 years and they are the best I have found by far. Dawn is always cheerful about my requests. They have a fleet of well equiped trucks on call and very capable staff. Larry, the owner solved a really difficult problem that I had on a bathroom and replaced the cast iron pipe with PVC in a very cost efficient manner. The prices are usually less that I was expecting - a rarity nowadays! They have my highest recommendation.

We called L.T. Plumbing on a Saturday as our water old water heater was flooding the garage & their voicemail gave us a technicians' number. Tony the pleasant technician came to our home straight away. He assessed the problem immediately! There was water everywhere so he attached a hose to the old water heater & turned off some nozzles. Then Larry, the knowledgeable owner came to have a look in Monday. It was decidd they would come Tuesday to install a new one. He gave my husband a estimated quote & in the end we saved 200 dollars. Laura & Dawn, the administrative personnel were super helpful. Nathan, the gentleman who brought the new tank was careful & professional. Finally, we cannot thank Dakota, the fellow who installed the new tank, enough. He removed many old fixtures, which had been jury-rigged over the years. Everything was neat as a pin & he explained various temperatures that we could use. Thanks so much everyone at T.T. Plumbing. You all are a top notch company. Keep up the great work that you do.

Our toilets were clogged & the tech came out within hours. He did a great job, & if this review were for him, it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, we were charged $425 for a job that took less than 45 minutes!! If I had asked for an estimate when I made the appointment, I never would have used this company. I complained to the service manager, and he said that they no longer price jobs by the time/equipment but on a flat rate. The tech told me that I would have paid the same thing if the job had taken several hours. I had this work done about a year ago by a different company for less than half the price. My recommendation - don't use this company unless you have a complex problem. I submitted this review to the company website; not surprised that they didn't post it.

I CALLED THEM FOR THE FIRST AND LAST TIME!! A plumber came out to re-attach a part on my Moen kitchen faucet. (I had removed the pulldown wand and the hose retracted into the goose neck which I couldn't retrieve). The plumber took the wand apart to remove sediment, then when re-attaching, broke off a plastic part. The faucet was worse then when he came. He then said he'd charge me $52.50 or half price for his time. I paid then called the office. The office backed up their plumber and said they could not reimburse me because they didn't know if the faucet was worse or not. Two days later the owner showed up at my house and said he likes his customers to be happy. He said he would order a new part from Moen, and come back and install it free of charge. He also said he could get the part faster than I could. Weeks went by and I again called their office. The woman I spoke to said she spoke to the owner and the fee would be $125.00. I explained the part online with Moen is free to the customer for the first 3 years and $95.00 thereafter. (I was in the 3 year period). The woman didn't seem to care. So... they broke my faucet, said they'd come back out and replace the part free of charge, then still tried to make money off me for a part I could get for free. I went ahead and ordered the part, unscrewed the pulldown wand, removed the part, then reattached the new one. It literally took me less than 5 minutes. I would NEVER call that company again!! It's sad because I would have paid them for their time, for coming back out, but it wasn't worth dealing with them!

Awesome company! The owners are great and very responsive. They've always been very quick to get someone out to take care of every need we've had from backflips, replacing a toilet, uncontrollable water spraying from the connection of our washer and when the water shutoff valve for the house broke off in our hand. Very honest and reasonable! Cant say enough good things about LT Plumbing!
