This has been one of the most unprofessional companies I have given my business too. I typically don't spend the time writing reviews unless the service I received is so bad that I feel it my due diligence to warn other people. There were more than a handful of negative things that occurred. We were told additional work for our leak wouldn't be included and we later found out it was. We were told repeatedly things that weren't true about what our service included and different stories/prices from different associates. There was a large lack of communication and we were repeatedly cancelled on. The office staff wouldn't call back and were very unprofessional and disrespectful. They had an opportunity to right wrongs and they still wouldn't. I would be very, very cautious in considering this company. Disrespectful, dishonest, non-communicative and overall beyond unprofessional.

My shower valve got stuck in the open position so I called around for a plumber. None of them could come on the same day except L&S Turnkey Plumbing. John came at the allocated time and did a good job in replacing the cartridge. The cartridge was stuck hard but he could remove it easily. His work was clean and fast. With 25 years of experience, I could tell he knew his stuff. His cost IMO is quite reasonable. Highly recommended.

Extremely unprofessional. I had a flood and they responded quickly, provided and overview of how flood damages are usually managed. They also worked directly with the insurance company. The plumber was very helpful in finding the cause of the flood, which was a clog and additional damage to piping. The clog was fixed the same day. However, the follow up communications were beyond unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.

We had a slab leak so we called L&S TurnKey to come out and investigate. They came out promptly and assessed the situation, gave us an estimate and installed an emergency hot water line so they could cap the leaky pipe so we wouldn't get any more water coming through the tile but we would still have hot water throughout the house while we waited for them to come back.

The guys that came to do the work were professional and thorough, they were respectful of our home, they all wore masks, and they did a great job with repiping the whole house. They even put up with our barking bulldogs for four days straight.

The whole project took three full days and then a partial day for them to check that everything was working properly and to reattach the drywall. The price also came in under the estimate, which is always nice.

Bottom line is that these folks did a great job and we are extremely satisfied with their work. Thanks guys!

These guys have been truly amazing. Kyle came out and did a bunch of demolition work and he left the space absolutely spotless. As Kyle worked, he cleaned up everything and I cannot believe how even when sheet rock was being cut, the Hausfeldt perfectly fine and I was working and doing things and other areas of the house. I am so happy. I had a slab leak but it's not upsetting me at all because of how great Kyle is.

In June 2018, our water heater broke. I came home to a flood in the laundry room, which extended into the bathroom and part of the kitchen. As I was completely frantic, I Googled ""plumbers"" and L&S was the first company that popped up. I called and they immediately showed within 30 minutes. Patrick and Alejandro arrived and they immediately started the process to extract the water. Old water was removed and the cleanup began. Patrick and Alejandro made sure everything was in order before they left. Fans and extraction machines were brought in to assure that any remnants of water were removed. From start to finish, the job was handled in a timely and efficient manner. Patrick went above and beyond to ensure the new water heater was properly installed and communicated with me, every step of the way. I never had to wonder or worry what he was doing. Every time I had a question and concern, he assured me everything would be taken care. Patrick is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend asking for him if you have any plumbing needs. Water damage is a scary thing, but when you have the right people taking care of everything, my mind was definitely put at ease.

They are the first to show up. Probably because they arent very busy. They will leave in a mess in your home AND on your property. They will fix then never show back up to repair the drywall and paint. Try ALL AMERICAN plumbing. Very professional, clean and they follow through!
