ask for job completion date and triple check the quality of the job.... it took them longer to respond and once you signed the contract, you are on their mercy for the completion. they are quick to respond but delays on completion, they have all the excuses you can think of. i do not recommend this company to anyone.

Cesar came out to our house quickly and unclogged our pipes with no problem. He answered all my questions courteously and even ran a camera down the pipes and showed me what was stopping them up.

I would not hesitate to use them again if we have a plumbing issue.

Wow! Called Cesar on Christmas Day because our water heater was leaking. He replaced it before we had to leave town early the next morning. Very straight forward, with an accurate estimate up front. Awesome service for a family in dire straits!

Turn Key was the 3rd plumber that I called because I was not convinced that the other plumbers had my best interest in mind. It was about how much money they could make off of me. The questions I asked were not answered to my satisfaction and didn't make sense. I then decided to check out another plumber, and low and behold, I hit the jack pot! Nate came out the same day and gave me a very reasonable quote with an explanation that I could understand. He did an A-1 job, as he is a perfectionist. I have other things that need attending to in the near future and would not think of using anyone else. Good and honest plumbers are hard to find, so you will not go wrong if you use Nate at Turn Key Plumbers and Contractors.

P.S. The quote that I got from the other plumber was twice the amount than what I was quoted by Nate, and the work would not have been as thorough.

Nate was super nice, professional and not pushy at all. He does beautiful work!

Had a new gas range installed and it was too big, couldn't open the dishwasher. Called two plumbers today and to get quotes on moving the valve to get some more clearance. Wayne came out and looked at everything. He made some suggestions and fixed the problem. He tried to save us money which he did. 25 bucks is 25 bucks!! Very pleased with the whole expierence, from phone call to house call to finish work. Thank you Wayne

Express Service, Knowledgable Personnel, Reasonable Price :
Wayne and Josh were simply fantastic. I had few plumbers visit my house for my slab leak (before Wayne), but all of them suggested unbelievable solutions and some of them didn't even know what they were talking about. It took 15 minutes for Wayne to figure out the problem and within a reasonable time both Wayne and Jost fixed the issue, cleaned up the whole thing and were done. Job well done and certainly worth recommending to anyone.
